Subject: U21 - valgtråd / election thread
lmao - yeah you must be correct - just pop into Sokker Scotland and see how many threads are started by me :D Proof is in the pudding mate!
I know that you're very famous in Scotland... but your community is very little (less than 100 users). But I'm only confirming that adaca's sensation is mine too.

ok doky. 24 hours to go.
My final speech to try to sway some voters towards me.
As you know i have already been Scotlands U21 manager for the last 3 seasons. I have taken Scotland to the last 16 in the world cup with a userbase of 89. I have showed in previous posts that i utilise formations to nullify the opposition and also to extend my own teams strengths.
I am active enough (probably too much actually). I have already implemented a Danish NTDB which you can view HERE .
I have viewed about 10 matches since this ME change and this is what i have noted (some of which baffles me).
Height - i still cannot see a notable difference in height - i am starting to think its a white elephant (hoax).
Passing - this has been the biggest change i can see. There is nowa lot more cross field passes from defenders than i have ever seen before. Wingers - for me and a few other managers we seem to think that wingers seem even more effective than what they were before i.e. they seem to realise the forward is small and they play, the majority, of their crosses into the forwards feet. We are looking at this closely as it is quite clearly something that has not been intentional.
Strikers now seem much more efficient at scoring when their tactical discipline is higher than the keepers - again a few of us have studied this and while its not conclusive it is certainly leaning towards this.
If im being totally honest - i have had a sneak peak at the Danish players belonging to the NTDB and there are a few things i would have to sort out (if elected) within the first couple of weeks. I reckon from looking at these players we will qualify, however, i see a severe lack of pace in the majority of the players. I dont know why this is but i was quite shocked when i saw the players and it is something i would aim to sort out - sk mails to owners, trying to get transferred players to pace trainers etc etc.
Unless there is a flurry of questions in the next 24 hours i expect this to be my last post in the election thread.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas and all the luck in your life. I thank you for reading my postings - even though you may have thought "YAWN - this Scottish guy is so boring".
And for all of you that have voted for me - "Thanks".
For those of you who voted for someone else - "Im currently finding your address details :D".
Thanks

Vote me if you believe in the project of a unique and integrated italian-danish NT-Staff for both U21 and Senior Team.
