Hi there!
I would like to candidate for you're U21-team. It's a nice team and I would like to make a lot of progression with it. Questions are welcome... :)
I won't be easy, because guy did a very nice job, but i'll do my very best.

No reactions :-O, I'm on a holiday to austria next week so I won't be able to answer your questions then...
Yes I thought that too... :)
No seriously, I haven't got that kind of experience as NIC has.
I have helped now for 3 seasons with the Belgian U21 and NT. Also a season assistent with Al Maghrib, but that's a long time ago ;)
I'm sure I could book some nice results with the Danish U21, but i am not the kind of person who does it with a lot of talking...

A few questions that I also posted for NIC:
1a) The classic: will you only concentrate on the team or will you also concentrate on the Danish community?
1b) How do you plan to involve the DK community?
2) What staff will you rely on?
3) What applications will you make use of (NTDB etc.)? (hint: if you get elected we have a foreign benefactor in rtg, who has always been excellent in lending our NT-coaches a hand!)
4) How will you approach the new game engine with "touch passes"?

I have resigned for the election now.
It's a shame I couldn't go on the internet in Austria to answer the questions in time.
I'm still going to answer the questions, so maybe the next time you think a bit better of me ;)
1) Both are very important to maintain, interest of the community is important and it's the task of the NT-coach to keep it that way. The more interested users, the better players you have in longterm.
2) Preview of every match with a quiz. At the end of the season I would have arranged a community friendly, where the winners of the quiz can cap one of there players.
3)Most of the tasks I would do alone. Though a crew is always nice to help you, especially if it is from the country itself. Scout for each line, and I would help then where needed...
Tactical advisor-->Belgian, but a Danish friend would have been welcome.
4)NTDB for sure, we work in Belgium with the same system already a lot of seasons.
5) Hard question, as NIC already said pm will be more important in my opinion, passing also. For a central mid I think pace will be less important as the ball will be played a lot quicker. Though thats a guess and I've seen to few matches with the new engine to say more about that.
Hope that I've answered your questions a bit.
Maybe till next time :)
Greetings :-)
