Hello! My name is Nicholas and I play Sokker since 2005. We can consider it as my first hobby, so this is a guarantee of diligence :)
I had several experiences in Italian NT Staff: the latest one is as second-coach with the U-21 during the latest World Cup, and most of you would know, we got the silver medal mainly for this goal.. absurd!
I also worked in the Italian NT Staff, but those times only as a scout, when we won the U21 World Cup with Mr_Newton and when we won the senior World Cup with sydval.
Talking about my club, I had a "boom" in the latest (real) year: only 2 seasons ago I was playing in Serie C (the italian 3d league) and this season I was promoted to the top league, in Serie A! If you are interested into my career (and also other curosities) you can see it clicking here.
I trained all roles, so I can play with all kind of tactics. Here you can see some examples about the latest 2 seasons of what I'm talking about :)
- a great game playing with only 3 DEF
- another great result playing with 2 wingers, but I play also with only 1 winger, for example in this way or this
- a super success playing with 2 ATT and 1 winger
- attacking centrally with 3 MID behind 2 ATT
- and in the end the "crazy" tactic thanks to now I'm in serie A :)
There aren't matches with 3 ATT because I trained ATT 4 or 5 seasons ago and there would be only old matches, but I think in U21 it's usefull to play with 3 strikers, if they are strong of course, as we proved in the U21 World Cup we won :)
I would like to have in the staff a translator for people who don't know english, so if you think that I'm good for you and you want to help me, I will be really happy :)
I hope not to have bored you too much ^_^

i have a question for you desite not being Danish. However ive been in these forums long enough to care about the NT/U21 team.
Why should any Danish user vote for you when you just swan in here when the elections start. You have contributed what to the forums before now? Nothing?
From an outsider it seems that Denmark is seen as easy pickings for the italian community.

Not questions I expected... but it's better than nothing :)

What do you expect from an user who is running for a NT? I think that is less hypocritical coming here and explain what I can do in the field, how I am good (or not?) as a manager than coming here maybe 1 or 2 seasons ago, spamming in the forum only for the purpose to become popular.
Of course if I would be elected I'll try to grow up the community, I'll try to help who wants my help for their team, giving all kind of advices that my experience can let me to do, because it will by also my community and I'll do the best.

Sorry but I didn't understand what you are talking about.. do I lost something?

I think your playing record speaks volumes - you certainly have played some nice matches. A few questions:
1a) The classic: will you only concentrate on the team or will you also concentrate on the Danish community?
1b) How do you plan to involve the DK community?
2) What staff will you rely on?
3) What applications will you make use of (NTDB etc.)? (hint: if you get elected we have a foreign benefactor in rtg, who has always been excellent in lending our NT-coaches a hand!)
4) How will you approach the new game engine with "touch passes"?
Looking forward to seeing your answers!

Well, the answer is easy. Can I go to the -b question or I have to answer?? eheheh :)
Anyway I will concentrate on the Danish community too.
1b) How do you plan to involve the DK community?
I will open a thread for the current match, including a survey where I will ask you something about the amminsitration.
In some kind of matches I'd like to play only with players trained "at home" to reward your training efforts and encourage you to train and not to sell your youth pulls. (I hope that there will be enough players).
After the match I would like to talk with you about it. But, since I think that communication is important, I don't want to read only "good work, well done, nice victory" if we won or "go away, damn you, what are you doing" if we lost. I want to talk you about tactics, about what you liked or not, how would have you played (even if after the match is easier by far :P).
That's why I would like to have a translator in the staff: so everybody can read about my choices and tell his opinion about them.
For me this is a challenge, but I'm not running for a selfish purpose. If we won we won togheter, and the same thing if we lost.
2) What staff will you rely on?
I will have a second-coach who will help me to prepare matches, a scout for each role (for GKs I think I won't need) who will help me to keep the DB updated and finding Danish players in the world and an official translator, as I told before and in the presentation (at the moment nobody proposed).
3) What applications will you make use of (NTDB etc.)?
Also in Italy we use the same DB and I don't see why I have to change. In addiction to that it will be crazy to lose guy fink's work (because I think/hope that players in DB are updated).
4) How will you approach the new game engine with "touch passes"?
With the previous ME you were able to use central MIDs with not so high playmaker and he was able to pass the ball well to winger/strikers. Now I think that this (snubbed) skill will become more important, with passing too.
Watchin some matches with the new ME, I realized that it's better to play with a high defensive line, because DEFs will be checked by opponents strikers and MIDs can pass the ball each other waiting the "free man" (winger or strikers). If you play with a low defensive line, DEFs will be free and MIDs (if they don't know what to do) will pass them the balls, and if defenders are not good the will probably lose the ball.
Of course I still don't know the skills about your players, I hope that you have good defenders so I can play at least with a slight high defensive line :)
