Subject: [NT] adaca

Jeg vil gerne tilbyde mig som landsholdstræner, jeg syntes det er vigtigt vi får trænet en ny generation af stjerner op, og da vi ikke blev kvalificeret til VM har vi en hel sæson til u/27´erne kan få et træningsboost og xp boost. Jeg syntes det er vigtigt spillere som Alvang, Schandorph, Lommer, Heinze, Grejsen, Myhre, Dupont, Skougaard og Avery får det boost der gør de kan kvalificere os til næste vm.

Jeg foretrækker at stille op nu, så denne opgave kan være løst og jeg måske kan være heldig og få lov at få VM kval´en også. Grunden til lige dette landshold er det jeg gerne vil stå i spidsen for, er at det var de drenge jeg havde som u/21 træner og ikke tabte en eneste officiel kamp. Jeg ved godt der var store problemer for mig under Senior VM med at få forsvaret til at stå ordentligt, men har lært meget i den her sæson hvor det lykkedes mig at vinde den sværeste 1. div.

PR vil der blive forsøgt gjort noget ud af på trods af det er en mellemsæson, men håber så også i kommer med lidt selv denne gang... :) Jeg tænker bl.a. på at prøve og høre et par ejere af landsholdsspillere om vi må lave en konkurrence hvor vi skal gætte deres skills... :)

What objectives do you have for the new season?
What tactical improvements you can make to qualify the team to the World Cup?
How do you think you can pick the best players without adequate staff?

In danish i explained i wanted to give exp and training boost to the 25-27 yo part of the troup who is going to be the ones who qualify us and play the next WC together with some fews of the older ones like Malte Berg, Tønnes Illinquakeq and Jeppe Passer... i also named a bunch of other players which i already know how looks. I was stand in NT coach last season during WC cause the one who had qualified us got busy rl, so i know who is who in the squad... also in danish i told that its actually the ones from the u/21 i managed. So i dont feel i need a staff to find players for me.. :) I am also active myself in finding when i got time.

To say we belong in top 15 is a bit unrealistic, but maybe with the upcoming Heinze and a Grejsen who is at his highest soon and a Passer in form, we might make it to top 20 within a few seasons. But then we got to that Malte Berg and Tøger Franklin our best strikers now is getting old.

I dont know what you mean by tactical improvements.... but i would never play 5 defenders, i want to attack and win the matches or fail in honour. I could see a 3 man attack in Tønnes Illinqvakeq on wing attack, Berg upfront and Schandorph offensive midfielder for the next qualification..

This choice of yours, is not objective and can not bring positive results (only me opinion).

I think you needs to play with 5 defenders, especially against teams who play with 1 or 2 wing, I think at this level, tactics must be made ​​by the players own and depending on the opposing team. I do not think your idea to choose just one offensive tactic, like 433 or 431w2 would bring a successful national team. I think that should be paid attention to tactics.

well the day the opponent plays 4 in highest line i´d put 5.... 1 man more then opponent and some def mids is enough,..... most NT´s play with no more then 3 men attacking in front and with a midfield trailing fair behind just making through passes..... if you want to adopt to new ME you need men in front of ball on midfield.... and to do that i need max 4 defenders... ;)

I noticed that the same ideas and tactics you had when you were a coach to Denmark, where you managed just one point in the World Cup groups. No offense, but I noticed that the last 2 seasons were very poor considering the team's potential, and coaches were guy fink and you.

well it was a dissapointment yes when i was in the world cup, and i dont want to blame it on that it was the toughest group, but we where underdogs, and scored 10 goals..... we played 3-5 against world champions that season.... and i have already adressed in my danish speech that i know the defence was badly placed, but i have gotten better in defence since then, learning a lot in this season where i won my division and got promoted to highest... but yes i will also need to learn more, which if im elected i will be given chance to do so on highest level in both league and NT this season where the NT only is playing friendlies, making me more experienced for future... i am here in the long run for sokker dk, and i hope to be able to give a long and loyal service to the NT.....

And to add to the last point where we discussed staff... i also have people to discuss tactics with... one of them is canegrate (romanian cup winner).... :) south african coach next season LaBamba is another.....

Nobody is perfect, but I can say that I won many matches through tactics against superior opponents.
I just want, no matter who is coach, as Denmark to reach the top 15, that has a huge potential, and believe me it is realistic. :)

you say you want us to be in top 15.... but tell me, how do you think an danish average A team defender looks like??? We have three super strikers yes, and a lot of wings.... a small midfield which is growing with Heinze....

Who do you see as biggest star on danish NT?? :)

Do not know the skills of players, and I can not pronounce. I just watched a few matches from the last campaign and found that the place that I occupy at the moment Denmark is not objective, relative to players who are on the team. I think that must be found right tactics to bring the maximum possible for each player.

Also consider that you have a staff adequate to establish together with the owners of players, a beneficial workout for both sides. (That's why I asked if you have a trained and experienced staff).

Hvis i vælger det skal være mig der styrer landsholdet, har jeg planer om at vi skal deltage i Mini World Cup, hvor vi ville være en af favoritterne blandt dem der ikke fik kvalificeret sig til VM. Så bliver der forhåbentligt lidt at skrive om der.

Hvis jeg bliver valgt, vil jeg ligeledes prøve og få arrangeret et skandinavisk u/27 mesterskab så vi kan tæve vores nordiske brødre.... :)

It is an idea and Mini World Cup, but I, if I am elected coach, I would not participate because we can not have strong enough opponents to see where we really are; That's why I find friendlies against strong teams in the first week should be sought teams not participating in the World Cup, like Russia, and then look strong team that will not go into knockout stages.

I am afraid that those strong opponents you are talking about will most likely play the Mini World Cup. (eg. Czech Republic is about to play MWC) Therefore with this approach you might easily end up playing with very weak teams. (However it depends very much on the coaches that will be elected, but from my personal experience it is often like this)

Only the Czech Republic, Bosnia and Latvia are stronger (in my opinion) the rest are teams that can be won with the current team Denmark.
From experience, I prefer only matches with strong teams to find the best strategy, because in qualifying we meet at least two very good teams.
