Sorry that it took me a while to write a reasonable speech. I will start with a quick statement:
I love this job and I would be very happy if you allow me to continue :-)

But more to the point - let me summarize briefly this season: In this season we have played a World Cup group - and honestly, it was not anything good for us. We lost all three matches we have played with a aggregate score of 0:10. Well our U21 was simply too weak for the elite, but I still hoped to score some goals or even grab some points. Luckily the remaining matches that were played mostly by our upcoming generations showed a completely different trend - we won all the matches except the match with Norway and Poland. I hope that I could carry this to the next season and make the qualification bit less thrilling than the last time ;-)

I can not tell you my exact intentions for the next season before I get to know more about our qualification group. I guess that we will be playing even against some weak opponents that should allow us to go more wild and show either the players that do not play that often or some less traditional tactic however the main goal is to go through to the World Cup... But I guess you know me quite a lot already and you know what you can expect from me :-)

Dear friends!

After some hesitation, I have decided to run once again for the job of your U21 coach. Currently, I am running out of time as the end of the winter semester is getting pretty close - and therefore also my forum activity became significantly worse. Luckily this state should be over quite soon and I hope that I can put once again more effort to the match analysis again :-)

This season was a big disappointment for me. Well, it was going quite well except for three matches - two matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina (where that one point we got simply doesn't correspond to the match we played) and the loss against Morrocco. Unfortunately especially the matches against Bosnia cost us the chance to get through. But anyway - life is not easy and our group showed that pretty well.

Despite this unsuccess, I would be really glad if you keep me on :-) Actually, all the fuss around the national teams is what I really like on this game. And as I spend less and less time with my own team, the more effort has to be devoted to the NT.

Thank you for trust you gave in me so far. I will be happy if you trust me once more :-)
