He he jo tanken kunne da være meget sjov og jeg har da også tænkt den :-)

Men der er sket meget omkring landsholdet siden Allanamin tog den første tjans og siden da er forventspresset steget lidt og det er ikke rigtig noget man leger med mere. Hvis jeg skulle have prøvet skulle det næsten have været denne sæson, men jeg er glad for at k-thorsen gjorde det, for han gjorde det sgu rigtig godt. Både mht til kamp-taktik men også pga informationsniveauet var højt. Noget jeg ikke er så god til holde på disse (og andre) konferencer da jeg ikke er den store skribent ...

Må man godt kommentere valgtalerne inde i valgtrådene, eller skal de helst stå urørte?

Jeg ville da mene de skulle kommenteres i de enkelte valgtråde. Er det ikke også mest overskueligt på den måde?

as I've written in the candidate presentetation, I'm an Italian user who loves this on-line game really a much!

The principal points of my schedules are the followings:

1) One technical team composed by the Coatch (me) Two international scouts (one for danish players who play in Italian teams and another one for the ones who play in other countries team). One internal or two National scouts (possibly danish people) who want to help us to find the best danish players in national league! The two international scouts are Ammiraglio and Nero_8003, two great sokker users.

2) Tactics. I do think that there are no absolute play modules who can garantee the victory, the best tactics are "made" on the players you have to work!
Of course I love aggressive play, fast and full of technical and passing, but I'll biuld my tactic as soon as I'll have the skill of all the players
Yougs are VERY well accepted.
Normally I prefer a module based on 3-4-1-2, but that type of play can be modified a lot depending on the skills of the guys we are working with!

I'm determinated to reach good results with Danish National Team because I think that you have great potential in Sokker.
Let's stop polish power! Theri power is only based on the high number of users that are playing Sokker, so .. the first step to reach good results is completely up to you guys ...

Call a lot of danish friends and make them join this wonderfull world!

Der må vel være en årsag til at tråden her holdes både i dansk og engelsk? Som jeg ser det, må det handle om at have den best mulige kandidat ?

Det er helt rigtigt ja.
Men den best mulige kandidat skal også kunne komunikere med de danske holdejere.
Nu er det heldigvis hovedeparten af os danskere der kan gøre os forståelige på engelsk, men det er dog ikke alle.

Selvsagt. Det er ikke just befordrende for interessen, hvis den valgte kandidat kun taler polsk - uanset om han så rent objektivt er den bedste Sokker-manager der er i hele spillet!

Men det må så være op til de teams, der evt. bliver dannet om at lægge sig fast på nogen strategier mht. informations- og aktivitetsniveau omkring landsholdet. Og eventuelt have en dansk-talende med på holdet, der kan "holde gryden i kog" :)

As I said I will not be alone. I don't want to take such a responsability and then do what I think completely alone. The staff people will be daily in touch with me. Sk-mail and msn will be the privilegiate way, but I do believe very much in forum-role, like a kind of "thermometer" of customer satisfaction.
The biggest problem will be the language of course, but if we stop far this kind of problem, we'll never do nothing. Anyway, I'm foreign, it's true, but now we are here and we are comunicating ;)

The first reason is that, beeing a foreign, I can not favarize my team calling my players in NT!
I'm in Serie D now, promoted directly without qualification match, but do not focalize your attentino on me but on the National Working Team.
I believe very much in cooperation between people as the fundamental base for success. The guys that will help me are really good players, ad I'm sure I'll find same good users here in Danmark to complete the staff. Are you interessed? ;)

winning divison and promoting directly sounds very impressive but inspecting your old league I saw that there where only 2-3 managers the rest of the teams where Bots. SO basicly you have never had any real experience with active opponent.
How do you plan to manage one of the worlds 10 best NTs without having the experience of ana active and hard league?
