Hi all!

I'd like to announce my candidation for managing the NT-u21 in the forthcoming season.

I'm a 47y old and i'm italian, the best Sokker tactic's school in the world. My team is called vinceremoiltricolor and I'm in love with Sokker since 2008.
Since I play Sokker I had to face with good opponents having squads better than me so I had to reduce the gap with tactic: experiment new moves, new positions, new tactics.

With you I will do my best to win as many matches as I can. It will be very important to discuss the tactical variations for every qualification-match.
To improve the National team we must be a good community, I'll do my best everyday and you should help me and we will build a new good National team.
I want to involve the community, because every win will not be mine, but it will be the result of the work and the collaboration between all the users of the community.
My prefered tactics are 4-3-3 and 4-4-2 with diamonds or winger depending on opponents.

I play some world cup with u21 and with senior nt, i think that i'm an expert nt :-)) but my best results are with u21...

Only 4 votes, even though I'm the only candidate. I hope to convince everyone over time :-)
If I'm elected, I'll try to play a lot of matches with the U19s and U20s and participate in the Druid Cup (if it happens). The team is ranked No. 38; it would be great to reach No. 32 to be in the second tier in the next qualifying group draw. It's difficult, but I'll try!

Hi guys, i decide to play u20 all the season, we have to prepare to next round of qualification to world cup.

I'm looking for players through existing databases and these are my first impressions:

1) We haven't a GK! This is a big problem... i hope in the talent of Brian Norup [39889663], trained by Reyalp. Norup has 10 as gk and he is the best player of team as goalkeeper....

2) DEF, few but good players u20.

3) MID, I found many 18-19-20 years olds, I just need a few with high talent :-))

4) pace for STRIKER please. there are some 20-year-olds to complete. I prefer striker 12-12-12 (pace-tec-striker) to 9-9-14 (or 14-9-9)

Please let me know about any good youth team outings and thank you all in advance.

The new generation starts with a good game against a strong team. 6 shots with 5 for us but we haven't goalkeeper...

Hi guys first 3 games we lose but with 4-3-3 we start to play well and our results are: one draw and three wins in a row, today with crna Gora.
the druid cup will start soon, we are in the group with Vietnam, Ireland and Andorra
