Okay here's my speech.

I'm the manager of deathstrike currently in premier of New Zealand. I have played sokker for 8-9 seasons and am easily the oldest non-polish member playing sokker.. I might be the most experience but I still can't say I'm the best. There are other really tough teams out there!

I have won the premier SEVEN times in a row and I'm hoping to continue that run. I won the cup FOUR times too.

I am active in the forums and I am really active on sokker. I log in for 3 hours a day or even more. I have a good array of tactics.

Tactics wise I've gotten pretty good and I can say i am finnaly excellent at making tactics. I'm the tactical genius in New Zealand and my tactical skills is also quite reknowned in cretain small areas. Although my opinion on a GOOD tactic might be different to yours, I still accept any constructive critism and I always listen to comments about my tactics. I have learnt not to be stupid and play with simple but good tactics.

You see, my opinion on a better tactic is not to make a NEW one but to improve on your old one. Improve, Improve, IMprove, IMprove.

If I were the coach, I would ensure that everyone HAS to HAVE a say in what tactics or what formations I should play. Everyone is included and we will have a thread on the NT games. I would make sure that I spend a lot of time. I am ready to work really hard and make turn Danmark into a hot winning country.

I believe in being humble and the underdog. It is LOSING that makes me learn. I like learning from better managers and the key to victory is always be humble and learn from your mistakes and from better managers. If you win, celebrate but do not forget who got you to where you are :) In my case, Mikael was my first mentor.

I dont like bragging but this is for reasonable reasons :)

My achievements so far

-Won premier seven times in a row
-Won cup FOUR only :(
-I led New Zealand to 2nd in the mini world cup beating strong teams like slovensko and ireland. Losing to Romania 4-2 in the finals.
-Getting my SMALL COuntry new zealand (25 users) Into the knockout stages of the world cup. WE were knocked out by Poland :D
-Beating Germany (50 times more users than us) 3-0 with a hardcore tactic! Yeya! (that was when my reputation for tactics started growing)
-New Zealand's NT coach for 4 seasons.

Give your vote to me if you think I'm worthy of the role. I have been in Denmark FOUR times, running for candidacy :) Goodluck to all other managers!

Lets begin the bombarding of questions!
For more info on me, check my team out and the NZ forums.

SHOW ME THE SUPPORT >:) I wont let you down!

I hope you dont mind a foreigner running your nt team. In new zealand 50% of the time a foreigner runs our NT team. Reason why i dont wanna run in my own country is bcuz I wanna try a new country out. Denmark= better players, more choices.

ROFL you going for a record or what?

its your 3rd time running in Denmark :D but at least your serious about being NT manager
2007-06-28 13:17:02
Yeah I am serious about denmark! :D Now give me your support hjerbech.

Friendly?

I got an idea ;) why dont you pick the most "likely" person from denmark to get picked as NT coach and get him to play a friendly with me. I dont mind a little bit of a Challenge ;)

thats easy, Montyburns is "most likely"
2007-06-28 13:27:23
I noticed -.-" frankly speaking do you think i will ever be nt coach of denmark? Can we have like a contract or something. In the next 5 seasons you allow me to be NT coach for denmark at least once? I mean how bad can I be? =(
2007-06-28 13:34:27
Why Denmark. What about New Zealand where you come from?
2007-06-28 13:37:53
I've achieved what I can with New Zealand. I got them into the final 32.
With denmark I feel I can get them to the quarter finals or something ;)

I was NT coach for new zealand for four seasons.
I think Denmark has potential

you aint bad but a qualified danish coach will always win over you. And as denmark grows there will be more qualified coaches to beat you, so it will be tough for you to ever get elected even if you are very well qualified.

in my opinion you are probably 2nd seeded in this election closely follewed by Niklasvs

Welcome back :)

Hjerbech is probably right. A danish coach is preferred because of the language barrier, but keep on trying mate, and someday perhaps you will get the chance :)

Honestly. No.

I guess we are honored to see your candidacy once again. But I don't think you have a chance as long as there is just semi-experienced danes running.

You most certainly have no chance this time. MontyBurns will take 90% of the votes (maybe more).

It is nice that you like our country, but being a skilled manager you might have a chance somewhere else, and I think you waste your candidacy here.
Try Norway, Ireland or somewhere else. If you want to be NT.

Cheers

yeah I understand. But anyhow I'll still come again next season. Thanks for your comments.

No point trying Norway or Ireland :P I dont see the chance of them ever reaching the round of 16 or semi finals. I would have gone for New Zealand if so :P I got them to last 32.

Reason why I keep coming back is because I think Denmark can reach quarterfinals or at least round of 16.
2007-06-28 23:57:24
I'll tell you what.
The moment we don't se a decent danish candidat (and i'm not running myself ;o)) you will get my vote.
As statet by the others, Monty is running this time, after winning Superligaen in his first season. That and the fact that he is a well respectet memper of the danish communety makes him allmost imporsebil to beat for any other manager.
Good luck. You have my moral support if not my vote :o)
Oh and sorry bout the spelling :o)

I agre with madcat, its impossible not to vote for the greedy man, he's well know by all here for his skills and his activities on the forum.

You're a great candidate though, and try again next season. Its allways nice to turn down a candidate with your experience...:)
2007-06-29 00:51:43
What the others said ;-)

We're a tricky bunch, but it's good to see you coming back. You kind of know the conditions by now! :)
2007-06-29 01:16:55
No No I fully agree Monty should get the role as NT coach of Denmark =) haha I dont intend to compete with him at all.

I'll keep coming back to try my chances :) Expect me back next season! :D

Hey hey Looks like I got some supporters from denmark ;) At least I know i wont be going out of the elections Voteless :P
