I have noticed that you dont play all the trainingsmatches that you can, is that because you forget to arrange a match ?

I feel that if you dont play all the matches that you can, offcourse to optimize the team in the best possible way, then a manager is not 100% dedicated to the team. And I think that a future danish NT-coach should be 100% dedicated to the danish team.

Lastly NO risk of injuring my players during the final matches of my season. barhilo (an excellent team) was tied with me on Points so I couldnt risk anymore injuries. (best defender was injured already)So I didnt play any friendlies.
Also I arranged a friendly with a top team at the end of the season but he forgot so I had no friendly for that week.

Sorry, but I have to ask...

I just discovered, that you haven't bought a single player since the beginning of November last year. And you currently have 24 players in your roster.

So unless you've drafted most of them during the last two weeks, I find it hard to believe your explanation about beeing affraid of injuries.
You've got plenty of players to fill that teamcard every wednesday without risking your stars.

22 players traded in a span of about two months. And then suddenly nothing for the next two months? During a period when you've also failed to / decided not to arrange any friendlies..?

And yes - I'm aware that you had another span without trades before that. But you also failed to arrange a lot of friendlies during that period.

Can we trust, that you'll not have another "fallout" from Sokker if elected as Danish nt-coach? Or am I interpreting these facts in the wrong manner?

Please explain.

I'm not trying to bash you or anything. But I'm a journalist by trade, so it's natural for me to ask questions, when they pop up. And they usually do when dealing with something important to me - like the Danish sokker-nt.

it's okay Monty I understand where you're coming from.

I deal at the best time during sokker transfer season.
At the start of a new season-3weeks in.
Then i save my money till the end of the season and go start selling players again. (Now you can see three or four of my players going on)
That's why you dont see transfers at the end of the season.. everyone doesnt have much money to spend at the end of the season and as the players are getting "one year older" no one would buy them too.

Okay Denmark has many players right? If Berglund and Dragon were injured, your team will seriously be disadvantage... Your subs obviously wouldnt be that good and you are playing a BIG match next. Playing your subs because Berglund and Dragon are injured will increase your chances of a loss.
Same with my team, my second string lineup is not good enough to play against Barhilo. They are not as good as the main 11 players.

I think both times you saw me without friendlies and transfers was at the end of the season right?



about commitment, dont worry about that. I am very commited to denmark and will still be. I have been watching their games. Even writing down the scores for different tactics.. finding out which ones are the most defensive which ones more attacking. Finding out weaknesses in tactics and the strengths. Already picked up some and ready to make full use of it.

I still find your explanation strange.

You have 24 players in your squad. Granted... you have some young players, who hasn't played a game yet. But they were all in crappy form yesterday suggesting they've been in your club for a while. Which is backed by the fact, that you haven't sold any players for two months. A period where you must have drafted some players of some kind.

So I simply cannot comprehend, why you would not play those friendlies. You could easily save all of your important players and still play those midweek games. So why wouldn't you do it?

You're waving goodbye to a lot of money by not playing those games. We all know how much you can benefit from training players. Plus the money you earn from spectators.

Affraid of injuries?

Sorry, but I don't accept this explanation. It's simply not logical to me. It's almost too easy to buy a crappy 2 kroner-player to fill the teamcard on wednesday if you really cannot field 11 players without risking a very important star.

You also mention a game, you had aggreed to with another top-team, which was then cancelled by the other guy. But why didn't you find another opponent then, if you were ready to play that week? This seems to me more like lack of commitment than lack of suitable opponents.

I feel, you're not beeing honest to me / us, and that saddens me. I'd much rather you had just had come clean and told whether or not we could count on you not repeating the past.

I'm sorry to be this direct. And again... I'm not on a mission other than concern for the Danish nt.

Montyburns, I guarentee my 100% effort for the Nt team and a lot of time for the Nt team.
I never lied to you or was dishonest, it seems that you dont want me on the nt team at all and I dont know why. I have always been polite and nice to you.
If you think the other candidates can put more effort and time then me and lead Danmark to victory then please vote for them.

If you still think I am dishonest then I cannot help it but I am well known for my honesty and modesty in sokker.

Well Monty does have a point. Not arranging friendlys because you are worried about injuries, makes no sense when you have plenty of reserves who could have played the friendlys.
And even if you didn't have enough reserves, you could easily have bought some for no money.

And I think that Monty has done enough to underline that this is not a personal attack, that he has nothing against you, and that he has no other interrest in this, than that of the danish NT.

And vice versa. It's obvious to see that Monty is doing his best to stay polite while asking relevant questions. He never said you lied.

The kind of answer you're giving here isn't excactly helping your points about fun and kindness in the community. I mean: is this what I'll get if I ask you a relevant critical question after a match? Are Monty's questions what you mean by "giving the NT Coach a hard time", "Cursing", "Scolding" A.S.O?
