So schauts derzeit bei mir aus. Ich hoffe, dass der Sabani was wird. Er steigt alle 3 bis 4 Wochen.

Leaving juniors- when removed them?


0. tragic – remove alvays
1. hopeless – stay over 28 weeks
2. unsatisfactory- stay over 25 weeks
3. poor - stay over 22 weeks
4. weak- stay over 15 weeks
5. average - stay over 10 weeks

+/- ~ 3 weeks, its depend if we wanted very good/excellent.

Over adequate stay always.

don´t think u can say that easily.
u should at least keep them till 2 pops;-)
imo u cannot say anything without knowing talent, which is reaching from 4 weeks to 9 weeks per pop.

this table is based on 3-4 weeks per pop players.
I have never had one of this sort and therefor its a waste of youth slots to wait if there may join a hopeless with that talent sometimes.
I'm only keeping players who can reach a solid level with up to 6 weeks per pop.
thats the minimum talent I keep in school.

if you have enough money you can of course keep those hopeless, but in 99% cases you are going to kick his ass a few weeks later anyhow :)

1st of all u should sign up youth coach who have minimal general skill: formidable (eindrucksvoll) - it is most important factor when u start (and want) investing on youth school. That coach have large influence to reduce all week accounts. But if u done it - youth school doesnt make sens!
If u are roocky coach (or u are in one of lowest national division) and inspite of that u want to create that school - it necesseryonly that solution:
Sing up agreement with 2 coaches:
1. Main coach [who will train your 1st (senior) squad] - he had only 1 skill (that skill which u want to train minimal on level: Magic. Important: Try to find one of the worst coach in other skills! It will be better becouse he will be cheaped (general skill is obvius too! He could for example: week or sth)
2. Youth coach - as i already mentioned he should have minimal skill on level: Formidable - about 70-80% money destineted on weeklly cash to coaches.

If u start playing in Sk - it is hard to create (on solid level) youth school - i propose to take only 2-4 places to new youth players.
only then - that my ealier post - it can be used
Ok - now my example:
I am in V division in Polish league - i started invest in youth school about all last 2 seasons.
I have 2 coaches:
1. Main coach:
Defence - magic (magisch)
General skill - poor (armselig)
other skills - really poor
Cost me: 21 000 zl = about 7 000 euro.

2. Youth coach:
General skill - formidable (eindrucksvoll)
all skills on well level.
Cost me: 52 100 zł = about 17 000 euro.

My achievement after that youths controls:
My general youth level - zuverlässig/sehr gut
My youth nowadays:

Bogumił Czogalik - gut - 4
Leon Giza - eindrucksvoll - 6
Czesław Bombel - sehr gut - 6
Jakub Kasperczak - zuverlässig - 7
Henryk Jurczak - ausgezeichnet - 11
Dionizy Radosny - sehr gut - 11
Hubert Czarnkowski - zuverlässig - 12

Draw a conclusion:
Couple players play in my team in 1st 11 onlywhen he left youth school.

btw: but i think that every user had to a lot of lucky to get (draw) good potential player :)

Solada, bin hier komplett neu und habe mir erstmals einen Jugitrainer zugelegt.

Dann habe ich eingestellt, daß 8 Jugis in die Schule aufgenommen werden können.

Das ist jetzt auf Glück von mir so gemacht worden, weil ich keine Ahnung habe ob das viel oder wenig ist und schon gar nicht wie viel das kostet.

Wer kann mir weiterhelfen ?

Ein Jugendplatz kostet dich 1000 € / Woche.
Am Samstag kommt der Nachwuchs in deine Akademie, allerdings maximal 6 Stück.
Würde am Anfang 3-4 Plätze offen haben.

Ich habe heute schon wieder 6 neue Jugis bekommen, die alle nicht zu gebrauchen waren. Einer davon war tragisch und wollte in 3 Wochen in mein Team!

so viel selbstbewusstsein gehört doch belohnt ;-D
