Question to Ice-T and Cambrant & Fulfisk.

- What will be your main goal next season? (ranking, qualification etc..)
- A important thing is that lilltrollet & cenneth managed to keep a good user interest for the swedish NT,
it was a little bit down before. What is your plan to keep that up in the community?
- last question, what was good the last season, and what part do you want to improve?

both of you have told us about the qualification for wc. but there is much more work around that, and it would be nice to know a little bit more about.

Ok, at last a user who start asking questions :)

- MY MAIN GOAL: Qualification for the World Cup,as Sweden has very good potential at it would be a shame not to be a part of World Cup Stage, EVEN if there are lots of good NT at Sweden's level. Also from qualifying the NT the ranking goes up, so i won't pay much attention to ranking.


- I will try first to make interesting match-previews to grab the attention of users, and afterthat will start a debate about the next match, sa i always wanted a good user involvement in NT. Also if no one will have interest I will write personal mails to most of users to enter the forum and start getting active.


- IN the last season was good that Lilltrollet used young and promising players , had tactical experiments which should give some tips to the next coach. What do i want to improve? Well the consistency. Swedish NT had great wins and some incredible losses, so having a good consistency is good for a long run. But consistency is dependable on the coach.

so also answering here:
In qualification isn't ONLY important the points the team gained, also is important to have a good goal difference. So versus weaker teams ( that will be on position 4-6 in the WCQ groups) i will try some demolition tactics.
Versus strong teams and especially versus teams from Pot 1 i will ensure they have the minimum chances to score, but still we have a good midfield power with a poisonous striking. I will not tell exactly my tactics vs such teams, but i assure, for Sweden doesn't exist unbeatable teams.

Without talking to Fulfisk first i would spontanious say that the only target is to go through the WC qualification. There is no specific ranking place to aim for this season i would say.

We can´t compete with the job Cenneth has done, impossible i would say and i won´t promise this to you since i can´t keep it. Hopefully you will be satisfied with the way we play and by that we can keep the interest. But to be honest, i think it is the same bunch of people that cares for the NT as always and they will be around.

I think Lilltrollet and his team worked well to keep up the interest, funny reading from Cenneth.
I liked the matches with only players from Swedish managers, something to think about for us.

I know it is hard work but the most of it will be behind the scenes when i and Fulfisk bangs our heads toward eachother to find out the best tactic for each match :D

Alright. I'll try to answer from my personal view.

The main goal is definetly qualification. I go for results all the time and don't play fancy for the sake of it.

No special plans for the community, I hope that good results will keep the interest up. However I'm very open to discuss the games, both before and after but I don't think we'll manage to have the fancy presentations etc. We will focus on the game and the result, not so much on the stuff around.

During last season we where a bit inconsistent, which ofcourse means we had ups and downs in the results. Part from that it was nice to see the increased interest in the NT of course. The worst with last season imo was that it was an all friendly season. No competitive games means lower stakes, less exitement ans less pressure. That will naturally sort itself this season since it's qualification and then i must say that I hope we can improve the overall performance and get more wins.

How would you guys play vs. Poland tomorrow?
And Why?

I would play seven defensive players, five at the back and two very defensive midfielders to tighten the middle and hopefully cover some of the troughball options. A straight backline as they might use a winger.
Then two somewhat central midfielders with the purpose of finding some free space to operate in. Finally a quick player up front and with hopes of getting a ball trough.

sounds like a good idea and looks a little bit like I had planned.
I will try to play Möllerstrand in a new way (I tried to positioned him a bit higher on field and different running moves) tomorrow and hopefully he will play a great match.

I do also hope that we manage to get some spaces for some throughballs.

To keep the lonely fw playing in full stamina through the match I'm thinking of playing Gilbert "I'll be back" Wallen, "Stenis" and "Ibra" Abelsson 30 mins each.

cambrant. i had a thought. in case i win the election will you and fulfisk agree to be a part of NT crew? cause thinking for a tactic and having debates in 3 it would raise the quality of the tactic, cause if it;s only one, he unwanted can make a mistake, in some cases..... so would you agree to a such offer or not? i ask this before the groups will be made as to not be considered that i have some concerns

why did i made this offer, since you desire to be the coach, and will not train any other NT's why not i said. i hope will accept. but this is in case i win...

Thanks for the offer but i will lead the NT together with Fulfisk, can´t think of any other option atm :)
