Hello my friends,

It's time for a new election and maybe for a new coach here.

My name is Cristi Dinu, I'm 30 years old and I'm from Slatina. I play sokker for 7,5 years, so I have some experience in this game. In the last 8 seasons I worked near the Romanian NT (2 seasons as scout and last 4 seasons as assistant manager for U21) and 2 seasons coach for U21 Israel.

Regarding the club team, my team is currently under reconstruction...so, I have time for this function.

I've studied already the players, to make some opinions about our chances. Sweden deserves a better place in the nation's top. We'll die with the opponent team on the field :)

sorry for the delay :P

Communication is for sure an important thing, having a supporting community and keeping them involved in the NT helps a lot making good results and enjoying the game.

a few things about the team:

- good players for to get big results but mostly have an age.
- young generation has little top players.
- I found players who were inadequately trained.
- some coaches refuse to send me the skills of players.
- some important players have poor form.
- I have players to boot teams(no owner).


What should we work on to improve the team?

As I said, there are players who were inadequately trained...I recommended other training, I hope they will respect what we asked for to straighten the young generation.


I found an empty database(NDTB)...I was nervous on my debut...cambrant, thanks for your help...He sent me a database by email...Unfortunately skills of players was in Swedish, whence and my emotions.


In this moment, database(excel table) is fresh... only attributes of some players missing. I'm glad I had no problem with coaches from Sweden.

I took the team from 41st...I want to get as many wins for us to be easier to draw for WCQ...I'll do some tests in next matches.

Kommunikation är säkert en viktig sak, att ha en stödjande gemenskap och hålla dem engagerade i NT hjälper mycket att göra bra resultat och njuta av spelet.

några saker om laget:

- Bra spelare för att få stora resultat, men oftast har en ålder.
- Unga generationen har lite toppspelare.
- Jag hittade spelare som var otillräckligt utbildade.
- Vissa tränare vägrar att skicka mig kompetensen hos spelarna.
- Några viktiga spelare har dålig formulär.
- Jag har spelare att starta lag (ingen ägare).


Vad ska vi arbeta för att förbättra laget?

Som jag sa, det finns spelare som var otillräckligt utbildade ... Jag rekommenderar andra träning, jag hoppas att de kommer att respektera vad vi bad om att räta den unga generationen.


Jag hittade en tom databas (NDTB) ... Jag var nervös på min debut ... Cambrant, tack för din hjälp ... Han skickade mig en databas via epost ... Tyvärr färdigheter av spelarna var på svenska, varifrån och mina känslor.


I detta ögonblick, är databasen (Excel-tabell) färsk ... endast attribut några spelare saknas. Jag är glad att jag hade inga problem med bussar från Sverige.

Jag tog laget från 41st ... Jag vill få så många segrar för oss att vara lättare att dra för WCQ ... Jag ska göra några tester i kommande matcher.
