Hi all to all the Swedish community.
My name is Salvatore, I'm 33 years old, and I play at SM by a year and at half.
I've been manager of Kazakhstan U21 for two seasons, learning the bases of all the things that a National manager have to do, like scouting, rebuilding the little NTDB, tactics, organise friendlies and partecipating in international tournament; and pushing the little Kazakh community to opening the youngers for create a new base for that team.
The reason that brought me to choose the Sweden U21 is that I search a community with a good number of active players (I hope that I found it) and with a large amount of Swedish players from which I can create a competitive team for try to qualificate to the next U21 World Cup (I know that's ambitious; but I think that the quality of the Swedish players can give us the chance to try that goal).
My favourite play style is a 4-3-3 with a center/low mid/def that aligns with the defense in our camp; with wings/for very fast in counterattacks phase; but, of course, I've to adeguate my tactics by seeing the players that I can deploy, and, of course, with the team, and the relative manager that I'm going to face.
