Hi guys,
it is already finished this season. Now it is time to elections again.

I would like to continue my adventure with Sweden U21 and lead our NT players to take part of the next WC, which will be the first for me: I’m excited!! :)

I think this season has been very positively for Sweden U21:
- First, we have reached our first objective: the qualifications to the next WC.
- Second, we have improved our ranking by 10 positions (from 53th to 43th): not bad at all!
- Against very strong teams, we have played very good matches: defeat only by 2-1 against Romania (the incumbent WC), 2-1 and 0-0 against Argentina in the WCQ.

I think we have a good team for the next WC. The problems are the low form of our midfielders and the low stamina of our players. The form is totally random but about stamina, I encourage all Swedish mangers to train stamina in these two weeks: it is very important.

I want also to ask you to update your 20 and also 19yo players in our NTDB.

Remember that if a your player plays in national team, you could have many advantages:
- little bonus of the weekly training, he will grow a little faster
- raise of experience, that means a better performance
- more evaluation of the player if you will sell him
- a little more crowd in your stadium during the match, that means more incoming money

Finally, I hope that during this season you have appreciated my work and my passion for your country and your players. I am honored to take part of your community and lead Sweden U21 to play the WC.

Vote me here!

Thank you for your attention and sorry for the trouble!

Have a nice day!

Go Sweden!

Hi guys,

I am a little bit sad to say you that I have decided not to re-candidate myself for the next election. I think that after 2 seasons it is better to leave to other coaches this beatiful experience to manage Sweden U21.

I am very pround of the work that we have done during these two seasons. We have reached the final stage of the WC and then we have also reach the final eights of this competition. Sweden U21's ranking has been improved from the 52nd to 40th position.

I think all objectives that we had before the elections has been achieved and also outperformed.

Now it is time of other challenges! I think that the next U21 coach can do a great job.

I will always bring this community in my heart. The way in wich you welcomed me had been fantastic! Your country is fantastic, I hope to return back as soon as possible!

Gook luck to the all community and the next coach! In the future I cannot exclude to try another time to manage your national theam!

All the best for you and your families.

Always, GO SWEDEN!

FK
