Hello my friends,
My name is Cosmin, I'm 32 years old and I'm from Bucharest. I'm playing sokker since 2007, so I have some experience in this game. In the last seasons and now I'm working as scouter for Romanian NT U21. I've trained before, two national teams (Hong Kong seniors for a season and Latvia U21 for 2 seasons);
My club team is under construction and I'm training young players;
Why Sweden U21 ? Because I'm ready to manage this U21 national team and promote tallented youth of Sweden. Also, I think that Sweden U21 could take a good position in general U21 ranking (one of the first 50 countries) and I'll answer to any questions and opinions of swedish community.
If you consider that I deserve your trust, then I'm gladly waiting for your votes :)

Here we go with the last days of the elections. If I win, the friendly match schedule is ready, our players are ready for a new qualifying stage and I'm ready to start my job for Sweden U21 with great pleasure. I've studied our opponents in the qualifying group and is not impossible to have good results. Also, I've chosen different opponents in friendlies (by their rank) for testing tactical skills.
