Hello guys,
I'm Fabio, and you can know why I'm here.
I'm going to write a speech, to explain to you all what are my plans, my ideas, my project, and if you already have any questions I'm here to answer them ..there are many things to say, I played 2009 football Alcampo my team plays in the second division of four seasons are part of the National Italian as a scout and search for young promising U21, two seasons'm training Hayastan U21. Because I'm here, because in Sweden:
I know that perhaps Sweden is not a country's degree in sokker as Poland, Romania, Turkey and some more ', but I think there is great potential in your player (like your senior CT Ford Kuga my friend in the National Italian has showed last season), and I would try to start this new adventure!
My point of view:
I know it's a bit 'weaker than in Italy, but in my country we are traditionally good tactician ..
Not everyone likes to do in sokker tactic, but I think with the strong tactics, also based on an opponent weaker team could win with 10 points average of difference!
I do not know if you remember a few, but a few seasons ago an Italian manager (Solli) that guide Canada U21 won against Italy and reached the semifinals with his team, and I know that Sweden is stronger Canada or ... we can see even more in Norway, or Finland in recent seasons! I like doing the tactic, much study my opponent, and son-in tactic also to prevent its possible choices ..
I truly believe that tactics could make a big difference. Other parameters that are consider foundamentala Form (first of all), experience, tactical discipline and team work that many many CT do not consider at all.
With these four "sub-skills" the difference between a strong and a weak team could decrease. l My project is a long-term, two or perhaps more season to create a strong U21
I would create a large mixed personnel medio.Ci are three key points in my head:
-Community
-Staff
-Ntdb
I would keep the NTDB more updated as much as possible with the help of your community, and all players must be updated max 3 weeks ago!
I would like to ask your community if anyone would help me, and increase interaction with the community. This also needs to create a harmony around all the staff! The staff is second key point ..
Harmony among staff members is crucial, with a great staff we could work really well ..
I'm not a CT who say: "I am the manager and I decide" no, I do not like this way ..
I always want to compare with my staff, in particular with Vice CT and tactical help to decide how to play, how they see our opponent, and then I ask them to scout players of advice me ..
Of course I take the final decision, but only after a great team effort!
A large comunity is the base of a large NT and NT U21 ..
I wish the National staff help new users make good decisions about young players, their school and youth training in the first team.
Members "old" should help a lot, "young" users, this is the basis for increasing our level of players to achieve great results!
In Italy there are many, many Under-21 players who are trained by users who are in lower league, we encourage you to train at their best all the Belgian players, and you will see much we could increase our level! So, the community is founamental!
Conclusion: I think the community is the center of a great project and great results, so if we can create a strong and close-knit community could achieve great results ..
