If you dont get mad, I am slowly finding some opponents for friendlies. Let me know if you have some idea who should we play against... at the moment I received invitation from Romania U21 which is at 2nd position so I dont know if you want to see us suffer from beginning of season :)

Do not accept that,I think it's useless for now..Maybe Norway or Denmark would be more interresting choice, if you wanna play also against more difficult opponent.. Who doesn't like rivality? :)

I am quite surprised about this election, nobody add any comment, nobody asked any question. I really want to help sverige U21 NT, not only on the pitch, but also with creating database of players all around the world, motivate you to bring more and more players from junior squad to bring sweden back to top 30 in ranking. I think its possible within few seasons. Also if I win election, there will be half of matches with U20, so lot of players can get some bonus training in NT and also it will increase their price. So really, focus on young players, if you cannot effort better assisstants, let me know and I will help you to find buyer who cares about playes and their proper training. And last thing, please come to elections and show me you care :)

I've just also started to scout for you, tomorrow i will continue.. NTDB is prepared, so guys, you can help us by putting your players into it.. The link is in the main page of Sweden U21.. ;)

So its time to new election and if I receive your support, I'd like to candidate again. To be honest, I am little disappointed with my results, it could be definitely better, but it was 1st season and I understand it as something new to me and I can continue with more experience and team knowledge. With Bone Fletcher our database seems to be in much better condition, we found lot of new players and I believe in 2 seasons we can slowly go up in ranking and results. If you have some questions regarding elections, feel free to ask here and I will answer as soon as possible :)

I agree with mikefull, maybe results were not so good but that were just friendlies, mikefull tried his tactiques, players, mostly played with u20 team which means there is a lot of space to make everything better..

Database was create this seasson new, maybe there are still uknown players but we did what we could.. Now at the end of seasson we are going to update that DB and at the start of new seasson I would like to continue with scouting of new players..

Now it depends on you, if you would like to see more of our work or rather choose something different. I Hope for giving us chance and we will do the best.

I think that you both guys has done a great job with the youth, the results of your work will be shown in long term as you mentioned. And one season is not enough for any coach to get a fair chance and get in to the team, you also seems to have a good overall plan.

And also, we have to get better at training the youth, not only to train the right skills that U21 needs, but also to train mostly Swedish talents rather than foreign.

I would suggest that you write here if you win the election, what kind of players that are needed most for the next season, what we are good at and what we need to train. That would be helpful.
