Hi! :)

I was a Hungary U21 coach in 2011-12, in my first season,the team won every game on the WCQ,10-0-0. In my second season,on the WC we have finished at the 3rd place in the group phase. I have this two seasons experiment as a NT coach. One good,one bad season.

I had a team club team between 2005 and 2007,I was in the second league,with chance to promote to the first league,but I left the sokker... :) It was a mistake,but I was too young,and I had not enough patience to make a money :) I was in the second league with really little money,I was with my tactics sucessfully.

And later...I made a new club team,I wanted to be a NT coach,I made this,but after,in the last few years I made only the money,with a trainig of young players.

It would be a motivation and challange for me,working as a NT coach again,at your U21 team.

What I want? :)

Come back to the 3rd pot,before the WCQ,then go to the WC :) The second is the most important :)

I want make a tactics every week (again),and be excited(again),and make my job sucessfully... :)

This draw is okay. The 2nd place is achievable.

Poland: a lot of world class players, a new coach going to be elected,the best team in the group,but who take control? It's at Poland always a great question.

Norway,Paraguay,Sweden: 3 similar teams, at Norway and Paraguay the managers are staying there, this 3 teams going to fight for the 2nd place. Sweden has a good chance to come out this fight as a winner. The managers aren't anbeatable,at those teams,with a good tactics.

Against Bolivia and Singapour the win can't be a question.

Norway is much stronger playerwise then sweden. Dont underestimate them ☺

I know, Norway has better players ,but I don't afraid from them :) It would be difficult,of course,but it isn't impossible.

I ask the same question to the other candidate, what would you do different from the previous manager?

make tactic for every match,I want so manage the team

I got a question:
What tactic (or tactics) you think is/are better in U21, and why?

4-4-2,4-3-3, without winger. Only the the top teams have in u21 really good,useful wingers. As a Hungary U21 manager I tried it,but it was difficoult to find a player (skills + form). In Sweden are 50 users,a little country at the sokker,there should I forget this. I can't imagine,that Sweden has 1 or more good winger in every season.
The attacking mentality can be sucessfull against a similar or weaker teams.
Against the much stronger teams maybe with 5 defender better to play.
