If I can participate - most important is get proper training for young playes, even worse young players with proper training can be stars. The difference between players trained by outstanding assistents and magical ones are really huge. So always push buyers to train your young players properly, tell them if they want to have NT member they have to train this players and possibly try to find buyer before who will promise it.

We have topic where are posted players on market who has chance to play in NT in future, people can watch it and decide if they want to prepare this players properly.

Regarding youth school, I dont think its worth it to have better coach than incredible (13) difference between salary of 13 and 15 is quite big and it can bring you like 1 more high skill in 20 weeks of training

High skills and low skills cost the same amount of level from the junior level. The only thing there is difference between, is for some weird reason, stamina cost more then outfield skills, which makes it even worse when a junior has high stamina when pulled.

The difference is though almost as you say, well if it is a talent 4 player with magical coach you are probably right, and maybe like 1,5 skill at talent 3,3 with magical coach......... but, the price you pay on one coach here, is far less then what you pay for THREE assistants at highest level..... my coach setup is 3x14 assistants, and magical youth coach, and the price for that, is a bit less then what you recommend, but i believe the results are better... :) interesting theory though....

Well, there is one big difference. For youth school you need luck, for training its up to you :) difference between your 3x14 and 3x15 can be lets say 10 percent, after 5 seasons (if you buy at 16) the second player will have 2-3 skills more (and I am really pesimistic). On NT level even this 2 skills can make big difference. For economy its not so profitable, but if you want to train NT players its not good to skimp :)

p.s. well, maybe its good also economically, NT players are usually more expensive so you get more when you sell them :)

Samma som tidigare = Minst 10 på huvudsfärdigheten på högersidan.
Lägre kan vara ok på MITTFÄLTARE om de har någorlunda bra kompletterande egenskaper, eftersom vi har nästan inga mittfältare.
På "mittfältet" har jag tvingats ta ut en som egentligen är försvarare och en forward :'(

Yes, I'm very short of players, only half troup, although I have picked almost all I have got info of (except 2 "mittfielders" who can't pass :)
Because I have almost no Midfield players buhu :) so I'm forced to have a tactic, which I don't like...

Det brukar vara dåligt med MITTFÄLTARE så de kan ha LÄGRE än 10 i speluppläggning.

If you have some young defender, please add him into database... there are no requirements for them :)

Hej Coach, varför ställde du inte upp i valet?

So today we will challenge U21 team of Russia. Russia is very strong opponent, they are 30 places higher we are so I dont expect easy match. Anyway I still believe in good result and nice match as well :) I would tell you something about squad, tactics etc. but this forum is public so I dont want to show my cards. In case you are interested in match details, I can open topics in association forum but for now I see its empty without any member - except NT coaches :) so feel free to apply there if you are interested in pre-match details, discussions etc.

Next match, next win... even if the game was pretty tough. We moved by 1 place in ranking to 61st place if you mind :)

Next week is starting mini world cup, in the 1st round we got Honduras so I believe its possible to see also next rounds. Matches are planned as U20, so you will see lot of new faces, unexperienced players and promissing talents. Dont forget to update skills of your young players, they will receive better training if they play for NT and it will increase their market value...
