By the way, I have an important request for Swedish managers..

I have found out, that some of you are posting me only players, who have just now, chance to play in U21.. I would like to ask you if you could send me all of your players aged under 22.. Even if you have 18 years old player and he just don't have much skills.. One day you decide to sell him, he will train and will get stronger but wouldn't be in database and representation will lost him forever.. If you put all players into DB or send me them to do it for you, they will be always visible´for me, for other coaches after me..

I can say just one, I did scouting work for Sverige when was Mikefull NT coach and I did bad. Now, now I found many new players, but what I had to do? They weren't in NTdb so I had to go to transfers history of all of you, and click on every player you ever sold, to find maybe 10-15 new, usefull players for U21.. It was realy hard work, which took me a lot of time.

I beg you, could you make it easier for me and send me or put in DB ALL of your young players, please?

Do inform what the manager should train players in first.
Second would be in a guiding way remind that they have the option to sell a specific player if they cannot do the training needed.
