These days I have limited access to sk as I am on holiday with my family.

Anyway, today we have beaten Switzerland with 6-3, we even had 6-0, but we have fallen down in the last 20 minutes. Nevertheless, a very good preparation game intro the U27 Euro.

The group for the WC has been drawn:
- Czech Republic, Canada, Bolivia, Luxemburg and Nicaragua.

Thanks guys for your trust in offering me the chance to lead Sweden into the World Cup qualifiers.

This season the goal is to qualify to the World Cup. Best players shall be played into the qualifying games. In our remaining friendlies we will play with the B Team apart of the games when the campaign will end.

Today we started the official road to the World Cup.
4th ranked Czech Republic was our opponent. Hard game, we managed to play good against them, but lost the match 0-2.

Lëtzebuerg vs Sverige 1-7

In our second game of the qualifying group we had to score goals as to repair the deficit from the game against the Czechs. I never imagined that playing in 10 can be better than playing in 11. Until the 40th minute we kind of played mediocre, Spansk got a red card, but guess what, we started playing much better :) Sokker is full of surprises ;)

Next week we have a pause from WC games. But we will face a strong opponent, Romania B-Team.

GROUP H | Bolivia Arena

Bolivia vs Sverige 1-4

We keep our heads up with this great win against Bolivia. It was much easier than I would have presumed, but I am happy that the lads reacted good. Good mark and performance which keeps us up high into the standings.

Next match is against Nicaragua.

Hi guys, haven`t chat for a while.

Meanwhile, we`ve had a World Cup game against Canada, quite a defensive match from both sides, well blocked.

Canada vs Sverige 0-0

It all settles in the return match.

And a friendly against powerful Poland. They played U29, we played B-Team.

Poland vs Sverige 3-1

Quite a decent result taking into consideration the value of the pols U29 players.
Nice comeback to the NT for Lagerfalk, scoring again for the team after a long period.

I think you could play more offensive against Canada, anyway everything was on your side in that match.. Against Poland it's good result, there is nothing to talk about. I had not much time so I did not see any of them, but I promise you to see next match! :P Maybe it could be some kind of motivation. :D

Next match is all or nothing. I knew Canadian players as I trained this team for 4 seasons. So I had my cautiousness not to underestimate them. But you are right, should have played more offensive.

Anyway, next one is a win-win match. I await you in the stands Bone, we play at home, the Friends Arena has to be packed with our Sweds :D

I will be tired of coming back from Venezuela, but I'll be there with you! ;) :D
