Hello everyone!
Who doesn't know me, I'm Bone_Fletcher, real name Zdenek, 26 years old manager.. I play this game since 2006, so it's about 11 years.. I used to coach Pilipinas senior NT and after that Czech rep. U21, where I got in to quarter final in WC, where we lost aganist Bosnia 3:4 after leading 3:0 in first period.. That was a huge pity..
Then I had some rest and till now I trained Island U21, where I tried to help.. This seasson I've decided to not continue in Island U21. It's not because of getting bored or something like that. I had really good time there, trust me, I'm leaving them with a tear in my eye, but there is it about possibility to do something more.. In a country, where are just 2-3 active users, it's almost impossible to do more.
But, when I saw Sweden U21, your players as a scout, I could see power, I could see many great talented players there, who can get your country higher in ranking and future surely support senior squad, I beilieve that there is much bigger chance to bring better players and to bring better football. So, that's why I would like to take a lead and try to help you guys, to make Sweden known as strong football country, as it was there x years back.

Bone_Fletcher did really great job with scouting, he renewed players database and thanks to him, sweden has now many promising players there. Also we were discussing lot of match preparations including tactics and squad settings and even I had always last word, I found some very good ideas in his tactic suggestions. I believe bone is the one who can elevate sverige u21 to the new level, he's very skilled, can play against stronger opponents and this season would be best for him as he can smoothly prepare to next qualification. I know he watched most of matches, so he know the players, but I also know he can really find some new rising stars.

First target will be preparing players for next qualification so I would like Sverige to participate in miniWC of U20.. I'm gonna try to communicate with managers of these players to try to focus training skills which are needed to be trained for NT.. After that I do my best to qualify into WC, I hope, we will be higher in the rank than we are now, to have easier way.. This is my main plan.

Dont want to spam others topic, but thanks guys I really appreciate your support and trust me, its really alwazs nice to have feedback and words of support :) we have very nice U20 squad and I know Bone_Fletcher will use it for maximum. I believe he can lead NT and find new talented and useful players and next qualification could be the one, which will be successful for sweden u21. I am really glad he has support from you, I know NT will be in good hands :)

Congrats to both of you and good luck! Even though the Swedish community are not active as before in the forums, managers are active in the game and I'm sure that everyone are following the progress!
Today we are going to play against Espaňa at 19:29. It's my new tactique, so we can expect some mistakes, but I hope, we will fight and the resullt will be acceptable..
