If he younger with 1 year, I would have trained and buy him as a defensive midfielder.

Is he worth 5m euro?

I feel yes. If he talented he can be 15/15 at the end of his 20 age. When he will be double divine, there will be enough time to train passing, playmaking or technque. He can be a good defender with secondary skills.

You think he Will pop 5 times in pace in one season? That's impossible.. Even if he's supertalented

No, but I trained defenders. Until at the end of 20 age it is possible. After then the pace started to slow.
But I feel, he can be 14/14 until the end of the next season. If he pop up one level in this season. Next season need pop up minimum 3 level is possible, but if he super talented he can reach level 15. I had one defender in the old time who poped up 3 weeks the level 14 pace. S othe 14/14 is more realistic, but that wouldn't be bad.
