yea 100% u 21 with pace training :D

When I was headcoach for U21(yeeeaars ago) pace wasn't a very essential skill because most opponents was not very fast either and not as much consider as "main skill"
I don't know the status today, but...
Please be careful with your recommendations, most important is for him to train player to suit his team and the league he is playing in.

Don't wanna see the risk of a future player, lets say a striker with skills as:
Pace: 17
Tech: 6
Striker: 9

Nobody is gaining of that player, not you and not his owner)

Pace is very important but side skills is also important dude

So def its good with 12 pace 12 def etc
Mid is good with 12 pace 12 pass 12 playmaker 12 tech
Att is good with 12+ pace 12 technique and 12 striker

Its easier to training pace if player is young cuz with same talent pace jump slower then playmaker/passing
Mid laner with only one high skill on sokker is bad , its good on hattrick :P

So...
You conciser pace as "main skill"?

Nope just decent pace then side skills for u21

Also u need good talent for creating nice player
Our best attacker is very good also mid laner from my polish friend but player with 12+ form playing much better SO ITS EASIER to WIN ,also when our best golie have injury after game and second gk is 50% weaker then him its harder to beat oponent cuz its small community and we dont have 100 players like Poland or Italy , trust me bro

Finally the new owner bought him a correct price. If he talented he can be a big treasure and he can reach the 46 skillpoint at the end of his 20 age, what minimum need for the world class level later. I don't know the Swedish U21 midfielders. I rarely see really good midfielders on the market nowadays.

But when I was at the seniors 3-4 home managers trained out really good midfielders.

Hes probably best mid with good talent :-P

Now best midlaner is 12 pace 11 11 11 rest and low defense :D
