Piotr2901 to All
Welcome my name is Piotr, and i think i am known with U21 Scotland. I like challenges and rebuilding teams. I wanted to come here as i see potential to rebuild the Swedish team. When i had Scotland first the team ranked 50., today it is 15. I like jobs where you need to start from the ground up. In Scotland i created a group of people that trained the team. This allowed Scotland to grow. Taking over the rank of England which was the first time in 7 years and not 7 seasons.

My biggest accomplishments are :

-Reaching to the minii world cup
-Advancement to the world cup
-Won the tournament of U21

If you believe that i could help with rebuilding and recapitalising Sweden then vote for me! .....In this season i also won over Sweden twice.

Kind regards, Piotr

I would like to know how many people are active in Sweden? If i was to stay i would like to team up and work as a team.
About me, i like tactics 5-2-3 that can be easily modified during the match, if you have any questions let me know !

I really like the cooperation between the Swedish forum, which shows that the work done here is good. I can see the trainer is also engaged. This is why i want to try persuade you guys into giving me a chance. Just wanted to remind that in Scotland i started my job when the potential for the team was 44%. In the world cup Scotland had 54%. I think that shows that i can help in making a continuous growth for Sweden. Above i posted a link to the work i did in Scotland. Today i am a fan of the tactics used with U21 and i cannot and do not like to play with fully fulfilled teams. I hope that gives you reason to give me a vote.

Out of curiosity i started my candidacy in U21 Poland, and i received 68-90 votes and im 99% sure i would be the new trainer. I resigned due to the fact that many people cannot respect my work that i did in Scotland. I know this is a game, but i like to engage in work like i did.

I am looking at the players and clubs in Sweden and i am surprised that many of the players are trained in Sweden. It shows that Sweden has a huge potential in expanding. At first in Scotland it wasn't as good as here.

This is a tough group, i see that Hungary and Aregntina are too powerful for Sweden. You have to have many engagements to reach some points.

From my experience that training is one thing and ranking is another and if you want Sweden to win you have to win matches and go further. From my other work as well, i learned to win matches like this one.

I think, this is group is nfot easy but also not impossible to cat h the 2nd place. In the last qualifying session Belgium was as strong as Argentina. Last time we had 3 stronger opponent, now we have 2, and we have a better team.
If the we can get áll the 3 points againts weaker opponent, we will have a chance to steal points from Hungary and Argentína.

Off course there is a chance for a second place, for me its hard to speak on the matter as i do not know the skills of the players. I can see that Sweden has a good stricker . The key for winning could be that. You have to make a tactic to win.

This season is sacrifised for using the younger players in most of the case, to give them extra trainings.
All the 21yo players get matches just for extra trainings too, because some of them have real chances for the senior NT.

That's why i not changed too often the tactics in this season:
- possible opponents can see
- most of the midfilders were out of form (hope, they will get better from the next few week)

GK pos :
it's average, High keeper skill but slower both of the usable ones
DEF post: We have 6-7 players who can solve the tasks, in fact most of them are slow, but have high defending skills. Fortunately, tech-playmaker-passign skills are not as low as the last time.
MID pos: We have Wallin and Demiansson, they means the quality in this position, also Jannson will be better and better so the attacking side will be OK. Maybe Demiansson will play in ATT pos sometimes. The bad news : We don't really have good DEFMID and and effective Winger. Let's see what happens with Mohlin as a winger, and Yngsjo&Pilroth as DEFMID.
ATT pos : Sivertsson looks very good, but that's all in this level (Hungary, Argentina). Zettergren and Norling will be the backup (and as i said, Demiannson is a good choice for this position too), but both of the younger attackers skill around 10-11, and it's not enough in this level. Jannson also can be a striker, and right now, he has a striker trainer...

All in all, we have some weakpoints, and doesn't have too much extra players.
Tactics will decide the big things, and the skill projection of the players.
Most of the cases 2-3 level from only one skill open a lots of new options in tactics and ideas.

Unfortunately, these are the deceptions of U21. With all respect, Sweden is not Poland or Romania where choice of players is bigger. In this season of in Scotland i do not have strikers i had to change things to make the position full. With everything it did not stop me from achieving 9 wins. I can see that you are doing a good job and i am positively shocked that in Sweden you train a lot. I see potential in the future of the position 8-16.
