Not 1 single player would get into the england team, i am shocked at how bad sweden are, sorry there's nothing i can do.

I think most of us are trying to get decent players though the smaller the country the less juniors.

And there are some teams that are not very active as well

I can only speak for myself but my YS have been terrible the last 3-4 seasons with a serious lack of good talents. Only the last season I see a slight improvement.

I havent seen that many Swedish talents in the transfer either.

For a country without too much active users the U21 team will depend on youth schools of quite a few people. So the quality of the players in U21 can definetely change from one generation to the next one.

Sweden had better stats than the opponents last matches so I don't think that we are THAT bad!
I mean... there must be countries with less players, worse YS etc.. etc...

Hi Bryan! I do not think this is the right approach. You are the manager at least until the end of the season. Scout players, give training advises to the player's managers, contact users which don't have youth schools open and explain them the benefits of the ys. Do not take no into your hands, keep a positive line even though at first sight things are not that bright. Good luck guys!

No worries Bagarn :) I am not taking sides, I have communicated with Bryan several times, he is a good lad, but I can not agree with the approach only after a couple of weeks into the position. As NT managers we have to find solutions all the time, there is no time for dismissal.

If i thought there was anything i could do i would and have, maybe by end of season there will be a better team, I have asked tried told spoke to and done all i can

The stats don't show a real lack of pace, all i am being is honest.

our keeper will let a goal in a game every game with poor pace and zero stamina, and i cant see any goals coming, there is basically 1.5 midfield players, didn't think it was this bad, tunis and sensegal are ranked around 80th and so you have to put sweden artound that mark atm :O

all we can do is ask players without a school to open one and in the future maybe one day you'll be back

I'm sure the team will be better =for next season, maybe this is the worse season to be sweden manager

I'm also determined to making your team better ie i will not play 21yo's , I think if i did your ranking could be a bit better but then next season your players would be worse, this has alway been the way i manage the u21's, it's my philosophy , it will make sweden and me look worse but you have to see through that
