I'm also determined to making your team better ie i will not play 21yo's , I think if i did your ranking could be a bit better but then next season your players would be worse, this has alway been the way i manage the u21's, it's my philosophy , it will make sweden and me look worse but you have to see through that

The result this season is not really that important..its better to have coming generations of players up and ready:)

Even if the players are not the best right now we still have some decent talents coming..that maybe need some more time to do a good work in U21.

I think the best way is to bring on our best 21yo striker @60' if we are drawing or loosing, & best mid if we are loosing, if we are winning by 1 goal i'll bring best 21yo defender on instead, I think we need to watch the ranking, getting to 32 is the goal eventually, but for now we must not drop further

Similar to my idea for this season... this season i dont have strong players but i think i have 13 21 yr olds out of 38 players which is pleasing for future seasons. Glad to see you are trying to build a squad from youngsters as you did well before .

I think its a good idea to bring in some of the 21yo players. Since I think in some positions there is a lot of difference in quality..especially strikers? And I guess some players are a lot better so they will make a lot of difference for the team.

Though I wonder if its not better to start the match with the better strikers and then make substitute to the younger guys in the second half?

Its good if the core team is 20 yo and younger though so its easier for next season.

Ranking is important but whats even more important is to have a good plan for the coming seasons:)

I'm sure there are still talents out there the problem in some cases is that they need to be in the right team and that thing is harder to control since since we dont know who is buying them and if they will get the right type of training..

If i see a defender or mid i'll buy and train & nothis has the strikers covered.....

i wont play poor pace keeper again so will always play 5 x 21yo's maybe we should play 6 now? yup

if i cant get a game v's the worst sides , you'll probably loose so ranking will drop but at least players are trained

or play all 21yo's and getting ranking better?
