Täpsustuseks Vilpu postile, et alustada pole jah mõtet kiirusega, kuid kui juba oled hooaja kaitset treeninud vms, siis võid ka kiirust neile juba lasta...
mul on 7 milliga IV divisjoni top :D aga jah, eks sponsorrahad on ka vastavad, eks taktika+see 90m siis on esimene kah.
Investeeri see raha noortesse, mõne (3-4) hooajaga saad arvestatava tiimi kokku, kellega võimalik IIIsse tõusta. Nagu mina:)
Kuigi mul oli praeguse tiimi komplekteerimiseks umbes 40 milli, kui mitte v2hem. T2pset summat ei m2leta kahjuks.

Nojah, aga mul on vaja teisi mängijaid kah. Näiteks kui hakkan ründajaid treenima, siis tuleks osta 6 noort, aga mul on vaja ka 8-t mängijat teistele positsioonidele.
No need ostad alguses mingid suvalised võimalikult odavad ja vanemad m2ngumehed.
Hiljem müüd 6st 3 ründajat maha ja saad ka teisi positsioone tugevdada. Selleks ajaks on sulle kontole tiba raha ka kogunenud. Muidugi kui sa seda vahepeal ei kuluta. Lihtne ju.

Muidu vahepeal võiksid ka staadionit suurendada, et selle pealt rohkem teenida.
Stataga aega on. 90 milkuga saaks juba 6 ründajat keda treenida.
Saab ka märgatavalt odavamalt, minu hetke 3 parimat ründajat (kiirus+ tehnika+ rünne=46-47) maksid vastavalt 1+1+7 miljonit.
Kui sa juba praegu oma meeskonna tühjaks müüd, siis mis vanemaid ja muid mehi sul ikka vaja on. Kõige targem on need 90 miljonit treenitavate alla panna. Osta head mehed ikka, mitte mingid seitsmenda kategooria "ässad." Tegelt kui oskad valida ja leida, siis annaks hea komplekti mehi selle eest saada. Vanemad mehed osta väga odavalt ainult kohatäiteks. Tahad edu saavutada, pane raha treenitavatesse ning ole kannatlik. Midagi ühe hooajaga ei muutu. Loomulikult võib alati jopata ning võid ka day-trade`i proovida mõne mängijaga.
seda viimast ei tasu eriti proovimagi hakkata, kui ta just ütles kh et ta turuhindadega kursis pole.

Few pointers:
1) Talent, is the absolute most important thing.
2) If you want to succesful in future youll have to sacrifice of a littlebit of your teams current success, it means you have to invest all your capital to the most profitable thing, which are trainees. Sell everybody whos current training is not giving you a huge return on training.
3) Plan your training few seasons ahead and buy trainees accordingly, dont train freaks, high in one skill while others in your team have high skill in different skill.
4) Injuries are great way to even out the imbalances between your trainees. For example high pace guy gets injured and others in your team have average level of pace, I would switch to pace training the time that guy is injured.
5) Buying trainees with huge prices isnt always the best investment. For example i invest 1 and after two seasons i sell with 3, exatly the same is to buy with 5 and sell with 7. Intelligent decisions are super important for you if you start planning and buying your trainees. And ofcourse talent talent talent. Actually by intelligent decisions its easy to multiply your money pretty fast.
6) If you have decided to invest in training all your capital, dont fuck it up by suddently selling your trainees and buying some old guys instead, if you want to be succesful your trainees eventually have to become your main squad. There is only 1 player in my main squad which i havent trained myself some point in time.
7) There is certain point where trainees are the most valuable, sell them then. For example selling a player at the age of 21 might be more profitable than selling him at the age of 23 even after a season plus of additional training.
8) With 3 mil eur i would find a 10 squad trainees bunch which would be worth ~30 mil eur after 2 seasons. This is what i am calling a intelligent decision making. But remember if i have 30 mil eur i would never have 300 mil eur in 2 seasons, but probably like close to 50 mil eur, because at that point fast profit margin is extremely hard to achieve. What you need to take away from that, is that there are super deals to be found in the market if you know what you are doing.
9) Tactics is super important too, this skill is based on purely by intelligence and if you dont have that insight how soccer works then copy few tactics from succesful teams. But remember you have to have right players to play certain tactics.
10) Good winger is way more important than a good striker. But average striker is more important than average winger. At some level wingers are becoming huge, because very few managers take away wingers powers by good tactics.
11) At some point in time youll definately have to switch to mid training(or immediately) because by mid training you can train all your lines.
12) If you want to have some strenght in your team while your training buy old guys very cheap.
Ok thats was a littlebit of a ramble already, but if you manage to become good at these points, youll definately will get to the highest league. From my experience only about 1-2 percent of managers in sokker are good at these points and understand why every point above is incredibly important.

Et siis jätan need viimased 5 28-34 aastast tiimi, ostan kolm sellist veel ja ülejäänud raha noortesse saata ning kui raha üle jääb vahetan mõne 34-aastase välja. Kas see tuleks kasuks? Aga mida teha noortemeeskonnaga? Praegu on mul seal suht palju noori ja nende treener nõuab ka üüratut palka.
