Yeah, me again! :P
As you all remember, at least I think so, my last time was quite controversial. I helped to qualify to World Cup after this silly accident but on the tournament it was not so great as I hoped for. We were eliminated by Nederland who got beaten by Poland in the semifinal. The game was very equal and we lost two goals in the extra time. After that I managed to win bronze medal in the u21 World Cup after a really great fight, Eesti was playing then a really nice to watch offensive football and it has paid off :)

After that I was a coach of Poland in this season and managed to win the World Cup and now I'm waiting for the semifinal against Mexico.

So, why do I come back? Because I think my ambitions as NT coach of Eesti are not fulfiled. I want to achieve something really big with the senior NT.

My experience:
*2 season of being NT coach of Australia. And during this time Australia got from position nr. 48 in the NT rank to 28!
*2 season of being NT coach of Eesti. During this time I've won 20 times, drawn 2 times and lost 5 times. I have also managed to improve the rank from place nr. 15 to nr. 7. I've also helped Eesti to win bronze medal at u21 World Cup. Eesti scored 90 goals and lost 30 goals.
*1 season being NT coach of Polska. I've won World Cup, u21 World Cup and I also kept 1st place in the rank.

As for the club, I've managed to win my 3rd league with very young team, and I've almost got to 2nd league. Unfortunately I've lost and drawn two VERY odd games, just look:

If I've won at least one of these games I'd be in 2nd league without promotion game. I did not, and in the promotion game I couldn't use my 2nd best striker, my best was in weak form and my best def had a red card. Despite that I was better during whole game, but again - it wasn't my lucky day.

What do I promise if I win?
*I promise, that Eesti will go to World Cup without loosing any points in the qualifications
*I'll make a Bet Competition, winners will be able to choose one of players for NT friendly
*I'll make at least one Fast Bet Competition(betting events from one game), with plus as a prize
*I'll try make to a U21 game and if possible also u20 game as there will be some friendlies
*I'll be doing [NT]Stats - best scorers, best assistants
*I'll also make what I've done in Poland this year. Users will choose best player of each position in the NT game and after season I'll post the best eleven of the season.

I think that generally that's it. Most of you know me, and I really hope that you will give me another chance to make Eesti win. I will try really hard if you will give me the chance. Thanks for all of your votes, I appreciate them.

I was thinking about starting in few NTs. Eesti and USA were my main goals. Eesti - I've written why. USA - much easier to communicate. Still I've seen that there is a good candidate from USA and decided I will not try there, but in Eesti. :)

No, I've resigned season ago. I made a decision that I have only time for NT, not both moderating and being NT coach. :)

Would you be as active as you were last time?

Hm...yes will be as active. Maybe even more as my exam session at studies ends at 22 june and then I'm freeeee :D

I have some really good ideas to make NT a real fun. I will find an unused forum[made by a user that is already deleted] and there I'll make competition etc. forums so there won't be any thrash at Sokker Eesti. Of course the main NT topic about the games etc. will stay at Sokker Eesti main forum. For example I have an idea to improve the best player of the season stats - each player will have his own topic, and after he plays in a NT game users will vote at his note from 1 to 10. After that I'll make the average note. After whole season I'll make an average note from all average notes during the season and choose best GK, DEF, MID, ATT, best player from all positions and best 11 eleven of the season.

I am also thinking about using a non-sk forum, which would be closed for all non-Eesti users so there could be a free talk about the tactics for next game.

I really think that my tactic skills improved much. As for the defensive game, I am able to make a wall to will be possible to go through only if the ball bounces of one of the defs. I know how to pass through passes and stopping wingers isn't any strategy nowadays. My skills have improved almost to maximum if considering using offside trap - especially at the throw ins near the penalty area[2nd square, in 1st square offisde trap simply can't be used ;)]. Thanks to it there is no possibility to make a cross to the striker because he is on a clear offside so the winger will think long what to do with the ball = he will loose it, or pass backwards.
