Thanks ;)
Tomorrow the Japanese NT will play against the Dominican Republic under my command. Altough I'm not sure I can win as every decent striker has awfully low form or is injured, but I'll give them a hard time to score... hopefully :) I'll tell you if you should watch it or not :D

Hi
I'm glad to see some really though canditate in elections, thanks.
I think you already know that we want awfully good results from NT coach (winning this **** Poland in WC final:)).
But do you know, that we want some "entertaining" value too: analyzes before and after the game, best players of the match etc etc, i.e. keeping NT-topic alive. What kind of plans do you have with it, how do you communicate with us?

And a warning - estonians criticize a lot and praise a bit (if after all) :)

Of course, the NT is not just putting up the tactics and setting up the line-up every week, entertaining the community is just as important as winning matches. I plan to start a betting game with some in-game prizes, I already held some in Magyarország and Lietuva. I tried it in Nippon too, but the community is very inactive and only 1-2 managers were interested :(
Analysing the opponent before, and analysing the tactics after the match is a very useful thing, not only others can notice things I didn't notice beforehand, but less experienced managers can learn a lot from these. Discovering mistakes is also easier this way.
I would do the analysation of the opponents in the national assocation though, and I would only post it after the match together with my comments on the match itself. But I plan to write a presentation about our opponents before every match :)
Regarding communication, I will definitely need an assistant coach who can help me communicate with those who doesn't speak English (well) and a couple of scouts who can help me gathering the skills of the players from time to time.

It's practically the same in Hungary, if we lose a match, there are dozens of comments, if we win there's nothing but a few 'congratulations' message :)
However, constructive critisicm is always welcome.

We have a world cup qualifying group also.
Group O
1. Eesti
2. Bosna i Hercegovina
3. U.A.E.
4. Nippon
5. El Salvador
6. Honduras
That's probably the easiest group possible. Bosnia is developing pretty fast, but they are definitely one of the weaker sides from the second bracket. We have Nippon... that's a sign :] I know every players, their strengths, their weaknesses... We have a brand new NT, U.A.E. They will finish last. And we have El Salvador and Honduras from the last two brackets.
I think losing a single point would be very surprising in this group :)
Btw Nippon today played with the Dominican Republic (as I mentioned it yesterday). I screwed up the throw-ins in the middle, but apart from that I think I did well. I will watch the Eesti-Cymru match later too, but considering the result, there's not much to say about it :)

Well, even conceding more than one goal would be a surprise:)

I wish I could speak your language... :)
