Nii kui kellelgi aega pole visandan siis ise selle inglise keelse üleskutse ära ja vaatame kuidas siis asi võiks edasi minna (leidsin siit vanad postid üles)

In order to make midseason more exciting we organize on 2007-03-07 one big friendly challenge.
We are hoping that xxxxxx would accept our challenge and we could play against your teams in order to find out wich country is stronger :)
We are looking for xxxxxx side organiser who would have time for this and would speak english (Just that we could understand each other).

Rules:
Part one - sign up:
1) Every team, who wants to participate, has to register his/her team in National conference, where will be a special thread for this challenge. For ex: [reg] "War of nations".
When registering ends, then muhkLionu?? will use a program to set matches.
2) Registration starts on the 2007-02-12, deadline is 2007-03-04 at 21:00 SK-time.
3) If both countries have the same amount of teams signed - all of them will be paired
4) If one country will have more teams, wanting to play in the tournament, following rules will be applied
- First 40 best teams (Top and II division teams, who will take part in the tournament) will be put on the list first.
- then the rest teams will be selected based on their sign up time. For example, there may be 110 Estonian teams willing to play, and 130 xxxxxx teams. 20 xxxxxx teams from III and lower divisions, who signed up the last, will not be able to play in the tournament.

Part two - pairing
5) The objective is that strongest teams play against each other.
6) Teams in both countries will be ranked according following criteria:
- League
- Place in league
- Points
- Goal difference
- Goals
- Random
7) 1st pair will play in Estonia, 2nd in xxxxxx, 3rd in Estonia, and so on... The pairing will be announced at least 2 days after the end of sign up deadline.
After the end of deadline is not possible to withdraw from the tournament.

8) Invitations have to be sent till Sunday, 2007-04-03 at 21:00 SK-time, accepted not later than Monday, 2007-04-04 at 21:00 SK-time.

Part three - matches
9) All games should be played in Cup system.
10) Home team must invite visiting team. In case one team already accepted the other challenge, report about it in your national conference. It will be treated like technical loss 0-5.
11) Winning team wins 1 point to the country, they represent.
12) After all games are completed - results will be summarized and the final result will be announced.



So what we would expect from you:

Open different thread for registering.
Teams who will register there should write they're team name and team id.
(Just copy them from youre team club page)
