Hi, my name is Matt and I am 22 years old manager from Czech republic.

Why your country?

You can ask, why I do not stand as a candidate in my country? Thats because I have been U21 coach for 2 seasons there ;) and I´m searching for a new challenges now :)

Why did I choose Eesti?

I know your ex-coach of U21 Marts, his good job in your team and little bit of your U21 team. I´ve played with Eesti in WC and won (with a little stronger team of Czech republic). You have great team with great players and its challenge for me!

Why to vote for me?

I have 7 years of experience in Sokker and I was coaching U21 team of Czech republic and made it to the best 16 team in Sokker, where we were eliminated by the strong team of Romania 2:1. I´m very active in things around NT or U21, such as making tactics, helping to others users, etc...


I´m not going to tell you I´m the best and you have to vote me, I can only promise to you, I will do everything with best conscience and on 100% ;) If you have any questions, feel free to ask me ;)

Great, that you decided to give it a try here. In my eyes you are one of the strongest candidates for sure and you have decent chances of victory I would say, although we have some strong local users also. ;P

Well, my performance was rather average, because I had slightly bigger plans, but luck wasnt in my side this time. Had many ups and downs, but also some great results. Thats football (read: Sokker), what can I do. :D

But I should ask you some questions also. For warm up:

1. What do you think, how important are tactics in the new match engine or there is more luck-random factor? In 5 balls scale, how good are you at making tactics?

1. Tactics are still important and the most important, but some changes made it less effective ( I mean auto defending of strikers, worser wingers) and that makes teams more balanced.

2. I´m not the one, who can judge myself in this question. I can only say I believe in my tactics.

is it enough? ;)

Do you concentrate on the weaknesses of your opponent,when making tactics, our you (rather) try to bring out the pluses from your squad?

I can never ignore one of these things. I have to count with both things to make weaknesses of my opponent pluses to my team and best skills (players) will make it even bigger :)

Name as many Estonian players (preferably U21 ones) as you can. (PS! No cheating and last name is more than enough. ;))

I know Laul ( he is in Czech team), Uusberg (who doesnt know him? :D), and I remember attackers Soolo and Tonisson (or something like that ) and center mid Puutsa (he was my nightmare :D)

e: but yeah, Uusberg is a monster and Laul is from my youth school by the way. ;P

if I can add something here: I worked with Din0 last two seasons as his assistant coach and he discuss tactics with me and he exactly knows what players at U21 level needs :-) his seasons as coach of our U21 NT were very good and quarter final in WC is a good success! :-)
