never mind those guys here. if you apply, you have a shot to win.
Most people here are afraid that a foreigner wont do a good job, wont win anything and might go inactive again.
I wont say that a local bad ass wouldnt be a good choice and woulnt win us anything but id say, lets pick a manager with the best qualities and skills, not the one with the right nationality.

Good luck and if you keep you application up, be sure to understand that it will be tough for you, or anyone else outside Estonia for that matter, to prove themselves and win back our communitys sympathy.
