I know I know...

Was on the stadium last saturday, was cold and rain, after match drank bier on a terrace was wearing a t-shirt... and guess what? a bronchitis with high fever, I coughed my lungs out of me, seems better now, before yesterday came out of the hospital.

Let's consider this week as a pause and I will prolongue the contest one week because of this incident.

Gonna see a bit my tactics now for the match against China.

I was afraid of a chinese fever or somsung like that, that is why they stopped me in the hospital to make all analysis... but uuufff... everything ok, just a strong bronchitis.

The good part is that... I didnt smoke 4 days :D and I think I will quit it :)

No problem mate. Get better.

Even when everything is as bad as hell, something good will eventually come out of it! I support you quitting. Smoking when having bronchitis might get you astma. And that s"#t is not good at all, trust me, i know.
A word of advice though - you need to find something to do to fill the smoking part. cause just not quitting and not doing anything at all wont help you much. You body and mind has the habit - you have to "overwrite" it with something else - with some other, healthy habit. Nature dos not tolerate an empty space.

when you get the urge to light one: go for a walk, listen music, do push-ups. anything! ;)
