Hi to all...

My name is Özgür , 30 years old. I am a Doctor at Turkey for 5 years...

I know Eesti NT is too strong.. in last season have unlucky season..

I belive With Eesti NT I can be 1. in WCQ and can be at least Quarter Final in World Cup.. And Eesti NT need be in Top 10 in ranking.

İf you give me one chance , I promise ı will do my best and this prmoises..


Why choose me ?

I have alot of experiences

in NT :

I get Peru 55. in ranking to 34. in 2 seasons, and Peru go WC with me.
All users know Azerbaycan NT with me , a very big surprises at Azerbaycan.
At Turkey at least 6 seaons was on NT , 2 times at Quarter Finals


İn U21 NT

2 seasons before With Turkey U21 ı was 3. in Wolrd cup and get bronze medal.
With Azerbaycan U21 ı go to World Cup . this was history .


İn My Team : I got 3 Turkey Cup , and 2 times Turkey SuperLeauge Winner..

Like I told you via sk-mail already, then we, Estonians, are a bit slow. You know, we are so-so far in north (quite a different environment than in Turkey, where many of us come to on a holiday trip) and so on. Its winter around here (recently was very cold weather+snow, now its slippery and raining. :D) and thats why many of us are slower than usual. :D

Anyway, actually being quiet might not be a very bad thing. In real life most of us are rather closed persons in the beginning and it takes us time to open up. Meaning, thats rather normal for us. ;)

But some questions to you too:

1. What do you think is the current potential-level of our NT? Will not qualifying to the WC Finals be our usual future outcome or we were simply unlucky? Or was there anything else? IF there were-was.

2. Do you have a picture, what might be our weak positions and strong ones? How strong-weak is Estonia compared to the previous NT-s that you have lead?

3. How important is communicating with the community and how would you do that? How do increase the interest among us, to follow our NT`s performance?

Eesti have less user but very nice players.. I think Eesti needs to be always in top 10. Becasue have very nice squads. Eleminated from WCQ is a trajedy. ı looked the tactics .. ı think about midfielders position , defense and forward are too far each away.. Eesti have a WC winnrer , 1 times be 2. in WC and 2 times bronze medal.. Eesti always needs to be in WC and in top 10.. Eesti is an idol for less user countries..




2. Picture ? As before ı said.. Eesti needs to be in top 10. and always needs to be in WC.. T.Nõmmik is a very nice coach but maybe he bored last season or another reason..

3. I think Coachs need to much comminicate to users.. This make users interest to NT and they can help improving players and Coach will be motivated for NT.. Always discussing will give right results..
İf ı win , I will open thread for every match , ı will give alot of informations for match , and wanna learn Eesti users thinkings.. And maybe enjoy games for users , like matches scores , goal kings .etc..

I have a question :). Why have "crazy turks" failed to win WC. You have big community and good players.

for winning WC of course needs good players but needs very nice tactician and a bit luck :)

ı am not coach of Turkey NT..

I am U21 coach for last 2 WC U21

I be 3. in U21 WC last season.. and this season I was in Quarter Finals.. I finished WC U21 Group 3 games 3 wins..

You said you are a doctor. Are you the kind of doctor who cuts people open or the one who asks how do they feel about it? :)

at this time ı was 3. in MiniWorld Cup with Azerbaycan..

1. What do you think, how important are tactics in the (new) match engine or there is more luck-random factor? In 5 balls scale, how good are you at making tactics? Please show us your best match, what you have won thanks to much better tactics!
2. Do you concentrate on the weaknesses of your opponent, when making tactics, or you (rather) try to bring out the pluses from your squad?
3. Imagine a situation, if you will meet your home land with Estonian NT. In what side will you be then? :)
