if he want me help him , of course ı can help him.. That is humanity..

İf there is a posibilty , of course ı can be candidate again.. but if not there is no reason to come back again..

for example if ı dont get % 40 or more vote ı wont come back.. but if more than % 40 ı can try my chance 2. time..

Do you think, that there are still some local players, for our NT (not u27 etc), that have not been yet found, but who might make our team stronger? How do you scout players?

of course ı will search all Eesti players.. ı have a lot of friends to help me , ı will look All Eesti users players , all teams , all youth players.. I have a lot of times for sokker..

What do you think about your opponent? Why we should vote for you, not him?

Of course a nice coach... He is experienced in NT.. but ı think he is not a good tactician.

Because last seson he was in England NT and couldnt go WC , I have been NT coach over 20 seasons.. At all NT Coachs ı got nice results.. At Azerbaycan ı am a hero , because with me Azerbaycan was a wellknown country.. And in Peru again was a superb improve.. Before me Peru always be 4. or 5 . in WCQ and was 55. in ranking.. but I go WC with Peru , and improve him 34. in ranking.. With Azerbaycan U21 again go WC , With Turkey U21 1 seasons got bronze medal , other season eleminated at Quarter Finals..

İn My team with low rankings got a lot of Cup , 2 Super leauge Winnings and 3 Turkey Cup Winnings..



Now There is a Chance for me , To be History with Eesti in WCQ and WC ,, Because really nice players.. may be there are better squads than Eesti NT but Eesti NT squad is enough to make a History again..

I belive myself , and my tactics.. I think ı am better than him..

@ Don Sal : Mate you wont wint the elections yet , And you arranged all matches if you eleckted.. only you and me in elections. ı want every thing for Eesti and the managers you dealed.. And ı said ı will accept the matches you arranged. What is wrong with that..

How confident are you atm? Do you believe that you will win the elections? What are your first expressions about our small community?

No one write bad or good thing until now.. But ı hope they will choos me.. if they would search me they can see ı am amazing coach... Eesti may be small community but very nice and intelligence users.. so like bigger communities...

How would you solve the following situation.

You have 3 world class strikers, but none of them is in good form (14 or above). Let's say the forms are 13, 12 and 11. You have 6 allrounder midfielders, but none of them is good enough to play as a winger, actually one is, but he is 5xdivine and you would like to use him in the midfield where all the action takes place.

Which tactics you would use to get the ball to the box as often as possible, so that your low form striker(s) could bring home the win.

Your defenders are average, so you would need the midfielders to support your defenders also.

At this time my offense need to be about throug passes , so ı will care about my forwards positions and defence 's position to make nice through passes.. And ıf ı thought my opponent play 4 defence , ı will use 45 minutes 5xdivine to winger.. at 45. minute about score ı can change the tactic again..


But as you asked , ıf ı need to win , about opponents tactics it will change.. if he more use a winger and a very strong team 5 3 2 ı will use , is a normal team ı can use 4 3 1 2 or 4 1 3 2 or 4 1 2 1 2..

and ı can my forward a Voltran ( very very nearly each other) to make a superb atack...

And defense line willl be high or back.. or ı can make my famous tactic , ( defense is back when ball is near their GK , and when ball comes midfielder , my defense line will go immediately to midfielders)

Estonia plays in the WC Final against Turkey. Would you be ready to play dirty, for example use some local spies etc in order to get as much inside information as possible?

I would also like to ask some questions:

1) How important do you think stamina is? For instance, would you use use a player with very good stamina for a full match, or exchange him even though subsitute would be weaker. For example 3x divine striker against 3x unearthly striker?
