I introduce myself my name is Alexander, I'm an Architect, and play Sokker from nearly eight years, with commitment and passion always constant.
In my club I got to play up to the second division Italian meeting some of the best managers such as Viking, ale70. Last season I just got the promotion to Serie C!
My experience as a coach, also led me to confront many of the largest international managers some of whom honor me with their friendship and cooperation.
My curriculum is as follows:

I got good results with Belarus hitting almost qualified for the World Cup;
With Israel I have always qualified for the finals of the World Championship, just as I did with Croatia.
With Croatia won the penultimate edition of the MINI WORLD CUP, I came to the final of the EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP U27 and finally I finished third in the world rankings.
Last season, unfortunately, was in part characterized by the lack of the necessary bit of luck when you play a tournament.
With England, in fact, with three games to go we were at the top of the group, unfortunately some errors in the last three games but especially some unfavorable circumstances have condemned to defeat.
It is always important to try to learn from your mistakes!
In all my adventures, supported by my staff, I have always given attention to the development of young players and treated with extreme precision the database.
I consider necessary, also an ongoing relationship with the CT-21 to program the proper growth of young talents. I hope that some managers may be involved and willing to come to an active staff to obtain a better understanding of the community of Estonia!
I hope that the Estonian community wants to have the desire to know me and can give me, then, the opportunity to prove myself a commitment that will be total and permanent!
Because there will be a full season before beginning the new qualifications to the world championship is a great opportunity to rebuild and develop the entire backbone of the team !!
I follow Estonia by the time the wonderful world championship won and I am one of your fans from that point onwards.

What are the main things you have learnt from your mistakes and how to avoid them in the future?
I follow Estonia by the time the wonderful world championship won and I am one of your fans from that point onwards.
So, without cheating, could you please name me as many Estonia NT players (dont need to be the current squad member) as you can? :)
Also, what do you think is the current potential-level of our NT? Will not qualifying to the WC Finals be our usual future outcome or we were simply unlucky? Or was there anything else? IF there were-was.
Do you have a picture, what might be our weak positions and strong ones? How strong-weak is Estonia compared to the previous NT-s that you have lead?
How important is communicating with the community and how would you do that? How do increase the interest among us, to follow our NT`s performance?
And my last question - what is the secret of Italian users, who lead many NT-s and have also been quite successful doing that?

Ok guys I try to answer, but I still do by phone, forgive my mistakes, but I try to answer, because unfortunately it is only a technical matter which forbids me!
Tactical errors were made, for example, against Montenegro having faced too openly the opponent offering side of the my rival.
Against Austria tactically the game, with the first tactic, it was good but we lost to individual errors and then the second time the tactic additional did not work but now the game was compromised. !!!
All my experience has taught me that you should always study the opponent trying though, when you drive a big national such as Estonia, to avoid distorting their own game.
We must, therefore, always try to have its own Identity - Game; this research I have always persecutes !!
My favorite tactics that I have often used the 4-3-1-2 with wing and also the 5-2-1-2 (And variants) with wing now very popular after the World Cup won by DoTheDew but that I use for a long time with excellent results (I played a final in the U27 European Championships and won the mini world cup)
In general I can say, however, that the tactic must adapt to the players that you have available and the needs of that time.
Then must have an mental agility and a preparation that I think I have acquired over the years of experience in the battle and the constant exchanges had with many coaches international level !!
As for some of the characteristics of my game, without revealing all my tactical belief I can say that:
I almost always use an elastic defense which is more or less accentuated according to the strength of the opponent, but especially the defensive line choice.
If the line is very low the elastic is very pronounced in the central area, otherwise defense with line highest the elastic will be sweeter,
Absolutely I prefer that defenders presser tips in the central area, trying instead to cover the space on the lateral bands.
In midfield, especially in recent times seen as thinks the game engine, I usually try to use in a central area midfielders with technical and defense very high, and great playmaker to try to stop and start the action immediately
My attackers are lowered never near midfield to try to exploit always the restart.
The most important thing in the offensive tactic is an attempt to find the defensive line of opponents to position with the right moves the attackers of their own team.
Soon also much attention to the physical characteristics of the players especially the height because the height is one of the elements that most influence the score a goal !!

For history and tradition certainly Estonia must always be in the top positions in the world ranking but this however depends also generations of players and especially the situation of youth which I hope will provide you as soon as new talent to revive the fortunes of the national team! !!

The current generation of players Estonians does not seem as strong as the previous ones.
In fact few seasons ago playing a game Under 27, when I coached Croatia, I realized that the level of Estonian players seemed (though I could be wrong) lower than that of Croats who could deploy phenomena in the field!
So all this was probably decisive for the failure to qualify.
About your current coach I know him and I know that fame is a great tactician and above all I know that sometimes a bit of luck can change the final outcome of an entire season and lead to a victory rather than a failure

Communication between CT, his staff and the community is essential for us because only by understanding the dynamics of the community can understand the behavior and so establish good relations with the manger who care about the fate of the national team !!
What I hope forever, and a few times in my previous experiences happened, that some local user to become a member of the active staff of the national team to have a maximum synergy to exploit the full potential of the players !!
As for how to increase or rekindling an interest in the countries where we have been we have always created lottery-betting where the winners had the opportunity to debut their players for the national team!
I must say I have always had a good response and somebody with these games has approached the National more than before maybe even watched or knew what it was !!
These competitions were called »Betting sokker competition and you find them in the forum of the countries where we were as Italia, Israel and Croatia!
I hope that we will be able to "play" also the community of Estonia! :)

Look, given that I do not have a lot of memory and does not remember many of the players I coached, I think it would be too easy to see the formations or browse through the curriculum of the successes of your country.
To give credit to the fact that always follow Estonia will transcribe the post that I wrote on page 3 & 4 GB of T.Nõmmik when he won the world championship! :)

The secret of Italian CT is that everyone I know have a dedication, commitment and passion for the game that is exemplary !!!
I am pleased to know ale70, two-time world champion, from the days when we were in the same series D and I talked to him and we were confronting on tactics and the variants to be invented or correct according to our style.
There is also, in addition to paying close attention tactic, the common use in knowing manage and rebuild if necessary the National Database.
This is possible thanks to many people who love the scouting work and close collaboration with the CT.
Fortunately it is also my chance that I, when I started to coach national, I am privileged to have by my side two friends, felimanenervoso and etalor, with whom we share choices and management of the national and the database !!
Every time we went away from a country where we trained we always left the Database richest of new players and in perfect order.
We are a close team which, however, must necessarily accompany local managers so as to produce the maximum possible!
So tactics and attention to the database are the main features of the Italian coaches and I hope I have the opportunity to demonstrate to the community of Estonia features Italian that are definitely also my!

But, and this is the greatness of Sokker, which makes a unique game in the world, the study of the opponent, the correct use of its players often leads to reset or decrease some gaps that we are at the beginning of the match between two teams and then to be able to play their chanches, otherwise non-existent, on the mere mathematical counting of forces.
The tactic then is an absolute foundation of sokker that when it is accompanied by a little random in crucial episodes becomes an invincible weapon!

For me, the study of the game and the opponent is a foundation of sokker.
What they I always try to get a balance between that which is characteristic of the game of my team and the need to counter the strengths of the opponent.
When you manage to achieve this balance then you win games !!

3. Imagine a situation, if you will meet your home land with Estonian NT. In what side will you be then?
Obviously for all their own homeland is sacred and inviolable, is an absolute value !!!
But when I'm driving a National then that becomes my home because a national coach is a great honor but at the same time is a great responsibility because you represent the dreams and desires of an entire community.
Then without a doubt I cheer for my team, the team that I'm training !!!
In addition to Estonia I have always been a weak and also when he defeated the Italian National (as during the world championships you won) I expressed my approval and my esteem:

Have you already thought about possible fixtures for next season?
As always happens in the year of the world championships is hard to find friendly level for which, as I always have, even though I know that I have not the certainty of being elected, I am preparing the calendar of friendlies that, if he wants, can also use my opponent in case (but hopefully will not occur) I am not elected.
There is a mix of match between national more or less strong and more players between seniors and younger.
