The questions have allowed me to make myself known and explain a little more of my belief to be coach of a national team.

Then, in my opinion as always in life, there is something, once it has established the ability and professionalism, that escapes reason and that is the sympathy, the natural inclination ... the feeling ...

Certainly if the coach asked my help I would be happy to lend a hand ... but I hope that this event not occurring !! ::.)))

As for the return of course the answer is yes because training a National so great tradition and always at the top of the ranking is a point of arrival !!!

In all my previous experiences with my staff we have always found hidden players, poorly used or forgotten.

I hope that this time as well, indeed, I am sure!

Scouting for us is a fundamental and essential. A national staff should better manage the resources, developing the young and discover new talent.

I take this opportunity to ask if there is any manager who wants to collaborate with us on the work of scouting.

I think it's a good manager but do not know him personally and, at least it seems to me, we never met on the pitch.

I say that to vote for me there are three reasons:

The first is that after 16 seasons around the world I have accumulated a great experience also, and especially in understanding the dynamics of the community where I work, therefore a mental agility and operational very strong which allows me to interact immediately with the local managers

The second thanks to my staff with whom I work now for a very long time we have a synergy that allows us to organize and manage to perfection both the database, that the development of players, who discover new talent.
This machine must then complete with the help of a local manager who wants to become part of the staff.

The last reason is that I think I have the 'necessary experience, my curriculum testifies, to better manage the resources and potential of the National Team.

How could you see yourself there is a marked difference in style between me and my opponent.

Typical of those who plan to be superior then not be in fact, my curriculum speaks clearly while its curriculum emphasizes a great experience with the Under-21 but not with Team Senior first level !!!

Despite my performance certainly not brilliant I received certificates of appreciation from several UK managers that I was invited to reapply !!

Since my opponent, very incorrectly, mentions my failures then I remember that I played two finals of international competitions and brought Croatia to third place in the world ranking.

I will not go into controversy because my style is another, however, it bothers me unfair competition!!
