As for the community, as I have witnessed in my previous post, I am a fan of your nation that approach and learn more about your community is a great pleasure.

Never before in this election I have written so much about myself, about my beliefs tactical, on my way to work and on what I and my staff know and can do.

How would you solve the following situation.

You have 3 world class strikers, but none of them is in good form (14 or above). Let's say the forms are 13, 12 and 11. You have 6 allrounder midfielders, but none of them is good enough to play as a winger, actually one is, but he is 5xdivine and you would like to use him in the midfield where all the action takes place.

Which tactics you would use to get the ball to the box as often as possible, so that your low form striker(s) could bring home the win.

Your defenders are average, so you would need the midfielders to support your defenders also.

I have to make some assumptions:

the first type of game that you have to do that is if you are forced to win or not and then the opponent's deployment in every case is a parameter that influences the study delal aprtita and then the tactics to be used.

We say that is a group game and not a direct fight from inside or out.

5-4-1

The first thing to point out is that the shape at these levels is the discriminating factor in the choice of the players.
Especially for strikers and goalkeepers the form is even more important to make them take the field.


Then I will play with a midfield four, two central, one that makes the median and two lateral mid that, in attack, they widen like a wing(the tactics that in Italy is called "the tactical wing retractable" ).

Estonia plays in the WC Final against Italy. Would you be ready to play dirty, for example use some local spies etc in order to get as much inside information as possible?

I am loyal in life and then even more in the game.

I like to win on my own, a sports victory with external aid it has no value.

In the case of Italy, however, I would have an advantage from the fact that I know some players and then I would not be completely in the dark.

In any case I want to win it, but always with the merit ...... to the limit with some random !!! :)

I would also like to ask some questions:

1) How important do you think stamina is? For instance, would you use use a player with very good stamina for a full match, or exchange him even though subsitute would be weaker. For example 3x divine striker against 3x unearthly striker?

2) Who is best Sokker player in the world?

3) What is your favourite movie and TV series?

1 The staminais very important and affects the performance of the players.
It is estimated that each resistance level is equivalent to about 8 minutes.
If my player was very good he would be able to play in normal conditions for about 72/75 minutes this means that I would make the final 10-15 minutes his substitute less skills but are able to take advantage of its full potential

2 -Jüri Uusberg, age: 30 is one of the biggest top player in the world! :)

Being the coach of the national team especially important as Estonia is surely a great honor but also implies enormous responsibility and above all you have to take care of different areas concerning the management, development and community involvement.

The greeting my friend ale70, world champion and certainly one of the biggest managers of sokker, reminds me of how the discussion on the tactical is the center of my interest sokker and is fundamental to take full advantage the potential of the team that I'm training .
The beauty of sokker is that, in certain situations, the study tactician can overturn the prediction in a game the most difficult to win.

All this is the central task of a national selector but, as I said above, it is important to both the development of young talent that community involvement.

Engaging the community means giving enthusiasm, arouse interest, perhaps dormant, then that means that managers can be more collaborative and attentive to the needs of the CT and more generally of the National.


For this reason, in the other countries where we trained, we organized competitions with prizes (winners can choose a player to debut in the national team), which must be a aggregating element within the community and fun.

I post the last competition held in Croatia (which can certainly also be varied according to your needs) to make you realize what I'm talking ..

BETTING SOKKER COMPETITION

RULES


Every week six matches will be selected among the 1.HNL league, the Major National and the National U21 teams. The users registered to the competition have to express their prediction about these matches.

The competition will be disputed from the week 6 to the week 14 and it will be possible to sign up every week before the beginning of the selected matches.

A weekly rank will be compiled and, at the end of the competition (week 14), the first two of the ranking will win an amazing award. One of their croatian players will be able to debut in the major national team, in the international match Hrvatska vs. Danmark

The choice of the player will have a unique limitation: he must be at least 22 years old.

Every week an only post by user will be accepted, which will have to include all the forecast requested and will have not to be modified.
In case of errors the competitors must cancel the wrong post and write a new one with the correct predictions.

To be valid the bet must be posted before the start of the first match among selected (usually Under U21 match).

The results will be calculated as follows:
+4 points for the exact score of the match
+2 points for the correct winner of the match and the exact difference of goals between the teams
+1 point for the correct winner but a wrong difference of goals between the teams
+1 point for the correct prediction of the draw but a wrong prediction of the final score

In addition there will be always TWO BONUS QUESTIONS, they will be worth respectively 1 and 2 points.

The competition will be curated by the NT staff and in particular by BluRay
