Subject: [U21] Bůh sokkeru

Hello everyone,

I am Bůh sokkeru (more commonly known as mison). I have been playing Sokker for 12 years and during that time, I have grown to be one of the most experienced users over here. I do also have experience with leading national teams (Czech NT/U21, Armenia, Albania, Algeria, Indonesia, ...). I hope that my skills can be best illustrated by the fact that I have been on the World Cup with the Indonesian team (the team I took over at the 60th place in the world ranking). Last season, I have been giving advice to the Czech U21 coach ostulc, and I believe many pieces of my advice helped to defend the title of the World Champions.

Estonian team is obviously much stronger than Indonesia. Thus my ambitions are much higher as well. My goal is clear: I want a medal from the World Cup for your community!

If you elect me our goal will be first place. ;) But Montenegro and Colombia are very strong opponents.

What's your favorite tactics for U21?

Thanks for question. It's very hard to answer because I prefer to do tactic directly on my players and opponent. I like to play 4-4-2, but sometimes I play 5-3-2, 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 in U21. I can also use the wing. ;)

Election time is here. You convinced me, that it is necessary to finish the unfinished work. I came for the medal from World Cup. It will be extremely difficult, but I will do my best. It is up to you if I get the chance.

I know, that it isnt election time here, but i think, thats best topic for several words to Eesti sokker comunity about U21 team and me.

You can see, that our team dont have good results after World cup. Our U20 team (next qualification team) is weak :C. After first matches after WC, I was determined to quit this work, because I didnt see good future and I know, that i will have a lot of work in next months at university. But I was thinking...And I have to say that I have a responsibility. Noone know our players more than me. I'm not used to run away from problems. That's why I'll make the decision to you. I will candidate, but you must know and understand, that next season will be very hard for Eesti U21 and It is possible, that qualification to WC will be very complicated.

Next, we will focus on situation in U20 and U19. As I wrote, U20 isnt good. GK, DEFs and ATTs are average to below average. Salumae is good, but not top GK. Defenders are unbalance (they have high value, but very often have high pace or def skill, but not both). ATT are below average in U20. Worst situation in U20 is at MID players. That's terrible. Our mids are total unbalance, noone is 5x10 on mid skills. :C We have in U20 midfielders as country from 50. place in world ranking, not top 10.

Better situation is in U19. U19 has top GKs and top DEFs. In MIDs situation is again bad, but other players compensate this. I must say something about ATTs, especially about Paala. He is best U19 att in the world. I trained many U21 teams, but i never saw player as Paala. He needs best training and he will be nuclear weapon for next World Cup (his manager Kask has not log in since the end of January, i hope that he not end with sokker :D). I must say, that Paala is one of the reason, why i want continue with my work here. Thanks for reading. ;)

I am glad that you decided to stay, even when our forum is "little" quiet. Unfortunately it is too late for my DEF's to turn them to MID's.
I don't think that Kask would have leave his star [came out of my youth :) ].

Yes.
And I probably "destroyd" many of my youngsters, because of the superstars in the team.

All the skills seems to grow so slow.
