A very unlucky match,We lose to Türkiye 0:1, the tactic worked. 2 minutes the best scorer gets injured but wants to play. He's been walking on the pitch for 2 minutes and he's gone. During the break, I replace the second scorer because his condition is poor, in the 77th minute the new scorer gets injured and leaves the field, I don't have another scorer on the bench and I play with 10 players. In the 83rd minute, a funny situation occurred, similar to the one in the match against Argentina. The ball flies high to the goalkeeper, the goalkeeper at 5 meters is waiting with the Turkish player when the ball falls and, of course, the goal is a header. It's pathetic that a goalkeeper would make such mistakes. I am very angry because Türkiye did not have a chance to win this match. Every match I have a problem with the goalkeeper, I think I will start training 10 goalkeepers so that this problem no longer occurs.

Doing ok in my opinion. Close matches with stronger oponents. I have taken 3 youg GKs under training. Will switch one of them if young talent appears.

I also bought a 17-year-old goalkeeper, number 1 in his age group. He is at level 8 but wants to train speed first. A slow goalkeeper takes away some of the option to play high because there are often situations when the goalkeeper has to use his speed skill. At the age of 21, I think he will be at world level. I will prepare a report on the goalkeepers to make the situation more clear, you have two 19-year-old goalkeepers, I think the slower one can be replaced with another young, talented Estonian.

This is the case today when the best U21 goalkeeper is a 19-year-old goalkeeper. This is not a normal situation. A 21-year-old goalkeeper should always be the best and this situation would be normal. It is very important not to forget about speed training, speed is the slowest training and it is good for the goalkeeper to be at least level 10-11. I think it's better to sell a goalkeeper to someone who trains for speed if you don't train for speed than to keep him without training. When he's young, you can make some money despite the lower prices for goalkeepers. I'm thinking about the future here, so that this goalkeeper will be useful in the national team.

We end the season with a match against Albania. Unfortunately, the championship was not successful for Estonia, after the defeat against Argentina (1:3), the chances for success were slim. In the matches against Turkey (0:1) and Hungary (1:2), our game was better, but the last place became a fact. After the championship, I decided to focus on collecting points in the ranking so as not to lose the second pot (places 17-34). The goal was achieved, we scored points systematically, we can safely wait for the draw for the next championship.

On Sundays, I sell all my old players and focus only on training young Estonians and the Estonian national team. 3rd place in the Norwegian league does not satisfy me, I lose points in matches when I have to give 30 minutes to the young players. I will train them in peace and without pressure in the league.

The draw for the World Cup qualification took place today. The main rivals are France and Sweden, which can cause a lot of nerves. The goal is to advance, but I see a chance for first place in the group. Today, in the debut of the new generation, we win 4-0 against Bulgaria (6th team in the ranking).

Re-draw, error in the morning draw. After removing Uzbekistan and Cameroon, 5-team groups were generated again. At the moment we are playing the Czech Republic again and Mexico was drawn from pot 3.

The amazing result of yesterday's match against the Czech Republic (3-0) gives us a record position in the ranking during my term. We are in 21st place(After the WC, position 32) , the numbers of several national teams are similar, but it gives me a lot of joy. The ranking is important to me. We won the most important qualifying match, so the goalkeeper played a very important role, it was always our weakest side, but yesterday he saved us in many situations. It was a matter of time that the Czech Republic scored a goal, but it didn't happen. In the second half, a change in Czech tactics forced us to defend, unfortunately I didn't think I would win and my second tactic did not change in the event of a large advantage of the opponent. Qualifying is starting better than I thought. Estonia only victory!!!

Important information.


Because I don't like mess and I usually don't use all the places for players in the national team, I want to have only those who have a real chance to play at a given moment, so I can call up young talents with injuries and those who are close to the team. I read on a Polish forum (Information from borkos007) that a player in the national team heals 10% faster, sometimes this one day is enough for him to receive training on Thursday. This is not new information, older players who had contact with NT may have heard something about it.
