hi i dont know a lot of you but i like to build young squads with the best talent you have.
i like to have good communication with home managers and prefer to use and promote players from the home nation.
i have a lot of experience with u21 sides and believe Estonia should be higher than they are... i enjoy this game and the participation from the Estonian managers whether positive or negative.
Give me a chance to get you all involved and enjoy training and being active again ;)

i would be looking to build from the next campaign and future WC but also be positively helping to produce future players....

What do all of you Estonian managers expect from the next U21 manager? and what are your hopes for the future?

Don't expect much activity here. Anyway, I have 2 questions.

1. You have been playing this game more than 10 years and you have never been Premier league top3 team. Why?

2. Couple of weeks ago you dropped out from FA cup. Why did you use tactic where you used 3 defenders. Is not that risky?

I was top 6 last time I made an effort in our prem..... ;)
I sacrifice my place to train players..I enjoy training a lot...
I don't play 3 defs for NT that's crazy!!... unless they are good enough... I play to our strengths but I do prefer to play home trained players and encourage you to do the same.
I want to bring Eesti back to where they were before.. I like to build with small nation sides and believe you should be a lot better than now

I still have more shots..but NT I treat differently and takes more work and effort
