I want to encourage you to train and produce U21s..
I would like to see you all enjoy training and producing players for Estonia.
I have a lot of experience with many U21 nations and pride myself with who I am affiliated with.. I believe you guys should be a lot higher than you are. And if given the positive support can and will be back where you belong ;)

This vote to some may be pointless as halfway through a season... I feel you may have been cheated by a cheat... some may feel disappointed by a friend....or someone who has pulled the wool over your eyes...
I want to build positivity and trust..I have a lot of U21 experience with smaller nations and I see Estonia as a big project..
Please get behind me and build as I see..

I have experience with both U21 and NT...
I enjoy promoting and helping training
U21 players.. I have been U21 with Canada, USA, Scotland, England U21 and most recently with Crna Gora.
I believe I have had a positive experience with all the nations I have had the enjoyment to work with...
You have a lot more users than the previous nations I worked with.
Please vote for who you all want to take you forward and get the best out of your U21s and yourselves to get you where you belong whether me or someone else ;)
On a good note.. there is no extra training from now for the U21s... but we still need to build ranking for next campaign so a bit unfair for the time missed between getting a replacement for the previous coach....

Hi,
Do you plan to join to Druid's Cup if you will win election ? Pekos agreed to play, but I have removed Eesti from tournament till election will end.

I haven't thought about that.. I was looking to play friendlies for the rest of the season..
I found my previous experience with the druids cup had some bias decisions but hopefully that may have changed.

now's the time to ask.. :) this may be my last post until Saturday unless you have any questions.... Looking at the 5 people you have voted for, i think you are in safe hands no matter who gets voted in.

Obviously i believe i am the best person for the job..... :P i remember back in 2011 when i joined this game (it was a lot different then) Eesti were a giant and one of the top nations and i hope one day you get back to where you belong but it seems a lot of nations have reduced a lot and lost lots of competitive players...
Some have made a comeback and are building back to where they used to be.... i would like to see you guys do the same whether with me or one of the great applicants you have ;)
