I inform you about NT U21 last news :
This week we play a friendly U20 against Nederland and for next week we participate at Druid's Cup, with the best young NT in sokker World (U20).

I called 40 players, I leave U21 players and I hope to give 1 cup to those who never made their debut in Eesti Nt, to thank trainers for their work.
I'm following around 100 estonian players and I see some 17 years very interesting if trained in good way, I hope that every thursday all post their pulled young in forum and we can find a buyer.
Don't keep young if not trained, sell to user that improve his skills.
I don't speak to a glorious team of Meistriliga but at others, train a young player can give money to you or satisfaction to see him in NT, average skills grow fast, you must try. I suggest to new user to have 10 slot empty in their traning, in third division not over 21 years player to train and if you see that your young is slow to grow, selle him and buy another, talent is very important for young, for NT U21 and NT Senior.

Now I see some good players U20 but are not yet ready to play (I think that many NT U21 have this problem).

Immediate problem is for GK, we have two boys too low in pace, we have to improve this skills in next weeks.



For all trainers I estimate an average-high level for players 21 years old that can play in NT (but I'm reday to read your suggestions)

GK: Divine (17) - Outstanding (12) - good (7) (double magical (15) is better than divine (17) - excellent(10))

DEF: at least double incredible (13) with secondary skills enough good)

MID Center : at least double incredible (13) in playmaking and passing, enough good others skills
MID External or Wing: at least double incredible (13) in Tech and Pace " " "
MID Defensive: Incredible (13) playmaking, oustanding (12) Defending " " "

Striker: at least Incredible (13) X 3

Stamina at least 9 else have to do many substitutions


I' m testing some different tactics to understand right disposition for players

I invite all trainers to continue their works and programs because a player can be ready at 23 or 24 years, is a game and we must enjoy:D
I remember that is better a complete player than one with only a skill, for the rest I'm available for every request and suggestions.

Today we play a NT U20 game against Nederland, after we start Druid's Cup in the same group of Bulgaria, now in Final U21 World Cup.

Tomorrow I know some player U20, there isn't a great choice but I want try an offensive tactic and see how can play in future.

I'm enough staisfied for this first friendly of new deal.
We play with NT U20, without our best players, Nederland too, obviously.

I choice a tactic for NT Senior, guys don't have tecnich to play in this way but I want try an offensive play without hated defending line at 5.

We have 4 very good chacnches and 2 interesting shoots off target, I use some players of 19 years and did some substitutions for players that haven't form or stamina at good level.

I invite you to see the match.

In my opinion best player was Nestor, side defender that marked orange wing.
Emla very well, goal at his first action after substitute.
Komlov a good match in the middlefield in last minutes.

Our guys not are ready, two wings is dangerous tactic for this level.
Defensive elastic and crossing of the defender limit some defincienses in Technic, but forward and wing need tech and passing.
