Hi all. I play in Czech republic in III.ligue. I prefere young players,and my favourite formation is 343 or 442. I will be very pleased, when I will have numerous team managers, which will help me with NT

i start my 4. season on SK, I am on SK very often, and I think that my tactics are good. Your weakness are in deffence, where not much young players, but i hope that we found some. You are strong in attack, your strikers are very talented

I have couple of questions:

1)First of all, why do you prefer young players?
For example, when you have to choose between two strikers - one guy is 20y old and another on 27y. The older one has better skills. Then you will pick the younger one?

2) Why are you favourite tactics 343 or 442?

For youre information:

We have almost the best defenders in world ;)

and our strikers aren`t that good, this is our biggest problem imo:)
