Tere!

Ma olen tähele pannud mõnda teemat, mille sisuks on kohe algavad Rahvuskoondise
valimised. Peale konsulteerimist ühe Eesti kasutajaga olen ma otsustanud avada
ka enda teema.
Mõned kasutajad tunnevad mind ühest Eesti freestyle foorumis olevast teemast:)

Kes ma olen?

Olen poola manager ja ma mängin Poola kolmandas divisjonis - liigas III.04.
Minu meeskond on juba võitnud viienda ja neljanda divisjoni.
Samuti olin ma kaks hooaega Austraalia rahvuskoondise peatreener.

Minu parimad mängud/suurimad saavutused:

*Newcastle Team 5:4(2:2) Robotnik
Poola karikasarjas võitsin ma peale penaltiseerjat Sokkeri loojat. Normaalaeg lõppes 2:2.

*Newcastle Team 5:3 Jastrzębie Fire - Ma võitsin oma liiga parimat meeskonda ning see oli üks tema kahest kaotusest tol hooajal.
Eelmisel nädalal võitis ta Poola teises divisjonis oma vastase 10:0.


Rahvuskoondise mängud:
*Australia 5:1 Slovensko - Siit saate väravaid vaadata.

Veel saavutusi:
Mind on kahel korral valitud Austraalia rahvuskoondise peatreeneriks,
samuti olin ma Austraalia RK abitreener, kui olime MM-il Eestiga ühes alagrupis.
Võib olla te mäletate seda mängu? :)

Mida ma tegin nende kahe hooaja vältel:
*Sain tehtud suure andmebaasi, kus oli ka palju noori mängijaid.
*Ma tõstsin Austraalia 48. kohalt 28. kohale, tänu sellele oli Austraalia MM-i kvalifikatsiooni gruppide loosimise kolmandas tugevusgrupis.
*Korraldasin mõned võistlused eesmärgiga muuta rahvuskoondis atraktiivsemaks ka madalamates liigades mängivate kasutajate jaoks :)
*Kasutasin noori mängijaid, et nende omanikud oleks huvitatud ja motiveeritud. Sellega seoses tahtsin saada aimu, kui hea võiks Austraalia tulevikus olla.
*Ma aitasin RK mängijate omanikel treeningut seada, samuti aitasin uutel kasutajatel sokkerit paremini mõista.
*Ma tegin RK hooaja statistika löökide, väravate jne. kohta :)

Minu eelmise hooaja eesmärk Austraalia RK-ga oli parandada meeskonna reitingut riikide edetabelis,
et saada parem asetus ning lihtsam kvalifikatsiooni grupp. Sellega sain hakkama ning Austraalia tõusis 20 kohta, mis
andis loosimiseks koha kolmandas tugevusgrupis.

Teine eesmärk oli koondisest huvituma panna rohkem kasutajaid ja loodan, et sellega sain samuti hakkama.

Mida ma oma võidu korral teile luban?
*Ma luban, et viin Eesti Maailmameistrivõistlustele
*Ma korraldan ennustusvõistluse, mille parimad võivad valida ühe oma mängija osalema RK sõprusmängus.
*Ma korraldan "Kiire ennustusvõistluse"(ennustatades olukordi ühes mängu ), ilmselt auhinnaks oleks "pluss"
*Ma proovin sõprusmängudes kasutada nii U21 kui ka U19 koondisi - kahjuks pole sel hooajal palju sõprusmänge
*Ma teen Rahvuskoondise statistika, mida tegin ka Austraalias
*Ma teen videod kõikidest MM-i kvalifikatsiooni mängudest.

I've seen few topics about coming NT elections, so after a short talk with one of Eesti users I've made my decision to open mine, I hope that's ok? :)
Few users can know me from Eesti freestyle's one topic :))

Who am I?

I'm a polish user, and I'm playing in 3rd polish league, III.04.
My team already won 5th and 4th league.
I was also NT coach of Australia for 2 seasons.

My biggest achievements:
*Newcastle Team 5:4(2:2) Robotnik - I've beaten inventor of sokker in penalties(after 2:2 in '90min) in Polish Cup.
*Newcastle Team 5:3 Jastrzębie Fire - I've beaten champion of my league, and it was one of his only 2 defeats in the season. Last week he won 10:0 in IInd polish league.

From NT games:
*Australia 5:1 Slovensko - Here you can see the goals.

Other achievements:
I was choosen for NT coach of Australia twice, also I was an assistant manager of NT when Australia played Eesti in WC group. Maybe you remember that game? :)

During these two seasons:
*I made a pretty big database, with lots of young players
*I got Australia 28th position from 48th, thanks to that Australia was in 3rd basket in Qualifications Draw
*I made few competitions to make NT more interesting for lower leagues :)
*I've played games with youngsters to gain interest of their owners, and to check how good will Australia be in future
*I helped owners of NT players with training schedule, and also helped new users to know sokker better.
*I've made [NT]Season Stats of shots, goals etc :)

Generally, the main goals for last season was to improve place in ranks, to get the WC Qualifications Group easier, and that worked as well as possible I think - Australia got 20 positions up in the ranks, what gave Australia place in 3rd basket.

The second one was to interest as many Australian users as possible, and I hope this one was also acomplished. :)

What do I promise, if I win?
*I promise, that Eesti will go to World Cup
*I'll make a Bet Competition, winners will be able to choose one of players for NT friendly
*I'll make a Fast Bet Competition(betting events from one game), propably with plus as a prize
*I'll try make U21 game and U19 game - there aren't too many friendlies this seasons
*I'll be doing [NT]Stats, just like in Australia
*I'll make a video from all Qualification Games

Youre only weak point is that you don't speak estonian. In other points I think you are the best candidate we have.

So. How are you going to communicate with users who speak only estonian?

Only a little percentage from our active users do not speak English. Him not speaking estonian is a small problem.

I think that you couldn't dissapoint anyone.

The elections haven`t even started, but I hope if you will be elected, then in the matches you will use that one high winger tactic. Basically something like I did today in Cup.
I think no one hasn`t tried that 1 high winger in Eesti matches.

But i must say that i think my vote is going for borokos because of his good platform.. didn´t know much of you , only S.P.A.M. topic, Australia and that you big moth and lot of text coming out of it. But you R realy good manager too i must say.

That can be a nice surprise. :)
Though now the high winger needs high passing skill, in last season my excellent passsing winger was making great passes 90% of tries, now 90% of tries end in centre...of the field :))
