i am not saying u r a bad manager by anymeans. i am just saying the people who vote for you aren t considering all sides of what would happen if a foringer runs estonian NT

So what can happen? You've only written about loosing interest and I already gave you a response, that it isn't going to happen.

English NT manager has always been English. Interest levels in England NT are quite high. But half the team are owned by Polish teams.

Australian NT manager has been Borkos. Interest levels in Australian NT have been high, and most of their players are home grown.

A foreign coach could actually do a better job than an estonian, because NT success encourages people to train and keep their better players for the NT.

You can have that one for free borkos :).

Also I kept informing users if their youths are NT prospects - after knowing that they didn't wanted to sell them. :)

esiteks eestlaste huvi kadumine ja rahvuskoondisest kadumine

koondise treenerites jätkub sama dentents et võidab ainult mingi mode või siis mingi üli inimene välismaalt

eestlased kellel on häid ideid eesti koondisega ei saa võimalust kuna kõik on nii võidus kinni et usaldavad vaid võõramaalisi pukki kuna 1 tegi hästi oletades siis et brokos esineb hästi
