I wrote it in polish, so I will translate it :p
România - Italia. Italia are the favourites. The best non - polish team if you look at skills with a suitable tactic. Romania wasn't too convincing with tactics, but also have good players. Still my bet is 2.
Polska - Argentina. Poland is the favourite for sure, still - in last WC group Argentina was very near to beat Poland, so everything can happen. 1
Česká republika - Lietuva. Might be interesting. Few seasons ago CR was going to be a team that will improve very fast...but it just didn't happen. Lietuva is well known for their strikers and good other formations. Just look at Peru-Lietuva when Lietuva used 1st team. 1:24 in shots. 5 first team players play in main polish leagues. 2
England - Hrvatska. Interesting already before it started. At last WC Hrvatska beaten England because of their weak defensive tactic[just watch that game, and you will know what do I mean]. Hrvatska with great technicians up front, but England looks more solid. 1
Norge - België. Norge has definetely strenghten their midfield, and have Halvor Michelsen who is very dangerous...but Belgie will win that with about 2 goals in my opinion. 2
Canada - Suomi. Hard to say, I don't know much about these teams....never played them.
Perú - España. Espana will crush them. Solid in every formation, at last with good striker what was their problem in last WC.
