Now, maybe a little 'speech' about these 2 seasons...

World Cup Qualifications

I'm generally very satisfied about the qualifications as they went great - 6:1 with Mexico, only 1:5 with Poland while playing with 10 players. The only bad thing was this unlucky 1:2 with Mexico.

World Cup

Hm..I though that it will be better. 1:1 with Brasil was a huge disappointment. 3:1 with Schweiz was just a normal game. 2:4 with Spain was a game full of emotions and IMO quite equal. It might sound funny, but in my opinion 0:0[0:2] with Nederland was Eesti's best game at World Cup. Great defence(NED got only 2 situations in 90min! both long shots!), good counterattacks, bad finishing. For sure a huge effect on World Cup had bad forms of Saviauk, Maaripuu and, especially, Naarits. Still, let's remember that Spain achieved final and Nederland achieved semi final! So both teams were beaten only by Poland, and only Eesti got a draw with Nederland.

U21 World Cup
It's only getting started, but we already had few games - 2 wins, one with Sweden and one with England. I think that our strongest side this time are forwards - all fast, with good technique. Midfield has some passing problem but also plays well - for example 4 goals after through passes against England.

NT Rank
Currently we are at place nr. 10. As far as I remember we were at place nr. 15, so it's not a bad change. If we achieve a place from 1 to 11, then we will be in the 1st basket for WC Quals draw - and that would mean that we won't meet Poland in Quals this time, and will be able to get more points to get better position at World Cup.

Future
Looks very good in my idea. Eesti already has one of the best defences, and there are new players coming, like for example Miller, Allik, Aabram, Alonen. Midfield will be also strenghten by players like Oidermann, Kahro, Sokk, Tiidus or Sai(II). Eesti will also have many great strikers - Naarits, Kelder, Miil, Lagus, Odus, Laats...big, big, big choice and high level. I can't wait to see "The New Eesti" :)

What was bad?
For sure a bad thing is that the video hasn't appeared yet...it's really almost done, it's a matter of few minutes but then I'll need much time to upload it...I will try to do it as fast as possible, sorry for the delay. I might make already 2nd and 3rd part - World Cup and U21 World Cup.

Now I would like to ask you about giving me a 'grade'. What did you like, what did you hate etc. You can ask me questions here about my decisions etc. I would also like to know if you want me to stand up in next elections or not.

I am not going to do a long speech.
Just though I'd say that you did a quite descent job. You weren't a "miracle-man" like many of us believed. But there weren't any major dissappointments, so I guess you did just fine.

3/5....loose to mexico was bad but you qualify...so this is forgotten. but i expected more than 1/8 final place to Eesti, because of Sillu triumph..

Your game tactic was too predictable.

And I personaly think that although you put in a good effort ... you were still missing that something special that outstanding NT coach shoud have.

Yup, loose with Mexico was bad, but still it was kinda strange game...WC - yup, huge disappointment. Still mainly because bad position in group :/

Im just preparing to make my opinion about starting in elections, and I would like to hear what do Eesti users think about my work. Also I will check new tactics in senior team after we get out from U21 WC. The 'problem' will be if we won't get beaten though. ;)

I think U should have won with at least 10 goals over such a weak team as Sweden ;D
