Kurb kui endine Sokkeri meeskonna liige sellist pasteeti hakkab hammaste vahelt pritsima :S

nii lahjat treeningut pole juba tükk aega näinud - 2 poppi vastupidavuses (üks neist 16 aastasel kes pole nagunii palju väärt) ja ühel kaitsetreenitaval ründepop :s

Igav oli ja kirjutasin internationalisse ühe idee...
inglise keeles, ei hakka ümber tõlkima....mis arvate...
[Idea]+1 form for every NT match
usual form fluctuation, but in the weeks he plays for NT he gets +1...etc he loses 3 points in his form this week, but for playing a NT match, he only loses 2 points.
Simple issue, for teams who have a lot of NT players, every saturday is like "who is it goint to be next?"
Obviously some would argue that, omg NT is so cool , you should be happy about having the honor...
Like any good things but not essential: first 10-20 times it is new and fun and awesome. But after a while, it just get annoying dodging bullets every week.
+1 form for every match should do the trick in my opinion, it`s not just a additional "tax" every week for having a NT player anymore, there is some merit now for buying a NT player and training him.
At this point in time, lets assume there is a good player who is a star in weakish NT team that you want to buy, that means he is going to play every week in his NT. Most of the time vs weaker opponents who are very capable of injuring that player because of the inability to make clean tackles.
That situation is not really awesome to better teams so his market value isnt going to go up but probably slightly down. But if there is a +1 form benefit, market value goes up(because he is going to get +1 form every week) and weaker NT players will find their way more often to stronger teams....therefore better training etc. Competion gets tougher, weaker NT-s catch up...making everything better and more exciting. Everybodys happy. High five anyone?
oh yea that current + additional training for nt match is so so so so little vs the risk of injuring a young star that its not even a close decision.

I have 10 players for tomorrows match , 1 of them slightly injured....so it`s pretty easy to see why i ramble like this.
